Spacious 1890 colonial in the quiet, up and coming, Saratoga West Side. It’s a 5 minute walk to Broadway Downtown. The Racetrack is ONLY 1 mile away! This 3-story home was 100% remodeled in 2018 and boasts all the old Saratoga charm, with all the comforts of a new build. The main level features an open kitchen to large dining room, a cozy living room, bath and laundry room. On the second level there are three bedrooms and two full baths. On the third level is the 4th bedroom. Outside is a large patio and fenced backyard.

First Time in Saratoga

We had an amazing stay at Simply Saratoga. The house was very clean, well equipped and a great location. The whole process to book and stay there was seamless. My family had a great time, and we would love to book again next year!!

Beautiful and comfortable home

Great house in a great neighborhood. Walking distance to downtown restaurants and stores. Kitchen well stocked - comfortable beds. Spacious bathrooms. Nice outside area and easy access to the house. Overall a very pleasant vacation for our growing family!

Golf and Ponies

Just returned from Saratoga Springs. We had the best time. What a great place and great town. Played golf, went to the track, and stayed at this great property. Host was great to work with. We're already talking about a return trip.

Perfect spot

House has everything you want and then some! Would stay here again. Host is very accommodating to your needs. House was very spacious with room to spare. Great outdoor area also.

Extremely clean, walking distance to downtown

Couldn’t ask for more with this property, we were able to walk to all the restaurants on the main strip, a short cab ride to the track, and the house was immaculate. I would hope this place was available on my next trip to Saratoga.

Comfortable, well-appointed and perfectly located!

Tim’s property was the perfect base for our long weekend in Saratoga Springs. Walking distance to the best of Downtown. Very comfortably furnished - enormous well-equipped kitchen. Internet and streaming worked well. So handy to have a washer/dryer. Lovely backyard and patio. Absolutely would rent this spacious, clean, comfortable home again.

The home was nicely re-done. Many rooms to hang out in and a perfect sitting area outside by the upright fire pit. Easy to get around lovely Saratoga Springs and especially easy to go back and forth from the racetrack. Will book again.

Awesome Place
