Lovely place to stay.The weather was pretty wild so we really appreciated the fire and stocked woodbox. The house is conveniently located, well set up, beautifully decorated, and felt warm snd welcoming. Access and arrangements were easy.

A Bach with character and everything you need. Having the fire set and ready to light was much appreciated when arriving on a dark, wet night! So great to be able to bring our dog who loved the beach proximity for walks.

Wonderful cozy bach in waihi beach

Perfect little place for our girls weekend. Great location for us to walk everywhere. Having the fireplace in the evenings was a real treat. Clean and tidy and has everything you need. Thanks to the owners for the great communication too.

Great Waihi Beach Bach

Very well-appointed kiwi bach with excellent interior decorating including some fantastic kiwi bach memorabilia.Very clean and well laid out. A highlight is definitely the outdoor bath on the back deck. Looking up at the stars with a glass of wine in hand is a must do.

What a awesome bach by waihi beach

We absolutely loved our weekend away in this gorgeous bach. Such a beautiful location & the bach had everything you could want. Our dogs came along for the trip, it is so hard to find a place to take them with us so it ticked all the boxes. Donna was the best host we could have asked for! So accomodating & we had not one issue with anything. Check in was super easy & we had access to the boogie boards & bikes which were great fun. The outdoor bath is so relaxing aswell. Can't recommend it enough! Thank you again Donna

We had such a wonderful stay at your home. It is better than advertised. We so enjoyed all the charm and character of your Bach. It is obvious your family cares for and enjoys the home as much as we did. A Perfect Getaway

We had a lovely stay in this Bach. The rustic charm and homely feel made it a great spot to relax. The location is ideal—close to cafes, shops, and just a short walk to the beach. The bach is well-equipped, comfortable, and the deck areas are perfect for unwinding (we loved the hammock!). The gardens add a nice touch, and the bikes were great for exploring. Highly recommend for a cozy, convenient beach retreat!

The perfect Waihi Beach bach

The bach is in a great location, a short walk to the beach, the shops and the RSA. It is well equiped, including some very cool games that we hadn't seen before. Fully deserving of the good reviews from others who have stayed there before us.

We purchased this bach after 30 years of family holidays at Waihi Beach where we dreamed of one day owning our own piece of this paradise.
We have fond memories of the many baches we rented over the years, and are thrilled to now share this home with other families.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We love holidaying at Waihi Beach. The beach is safe for swimming and surfing and you can easily walk the track to Orokawa or The Trig. There are many excellent cafes and restaurants nearby and unique shopping in the village. The Hauraki Rail Trail is great for biking or day hikes.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

This 1950's bach is ideally suited to people who want a traditional NZ holiday just one block back from the beach.
We aim to keep this bach reasonably priced by not charging a mandatory cleaning fee, damage deposits, or extra per person charges. There are extra squabs for children to sleep in the lounge or on the extra single bed. We don't want loud parties at the bach (we like our neighbours!), but you are welcome to have friends/family gather for meals or happy hour.
Pets and children welcome.
