Fantastiskt rymligt strandhus

Detta stora soliga fritidshus ligger nÀra stranden och det perfekta stÀllet för familjer eller grupper att njuta av en avkopplande semester. Det finns inga TV-apparater eller datorer men en hÀrlig solig dÀck och trÀdgÄrd med massor av utomhusspel. För regniga dagar finns det massor av böcker, spel och pussel och ett bordtennisbord.

Otaki Beach Àr en vacker strand i en solig bosÀttning. Det finns en surf livrÀddande klubb (sÄ barn kan simma mellan flaggorna). Huset ligger en kort promenad frÄn den lokala affÀren och kaféet och ligger mitt emot en fantastisk lekplats. Det Àr en kort bilresa eller cykeltur frÄn allt som Otaki har att erbjuda, inklusive outlet shopping, bra promenader vid Otaki Forks och lÀngs floden, ridning, surfing och nÄgra fantastiska kaféer.

Huset har 3 sovrum med king size-sÀngar, som kan separeras i tvÄ enkelsÀngar. Det finns ocksÄ ett barnsÀng omrÄde med 3 enkelsÀngar och en övervÄningen vardagsrum med en queen size-sÀng och en enkelsÀng med rulla. Alla sovrum ligger pÄ övervÄningen.

Det finns tvÄ separata badrum - en pÄ övervÄningen och en nere. Tillsammans med separat tvÀtt.

The only problem I had was the lock box was too low for this old boy to reach down to operate lol otherwise everything else about the home was absolutely beautiful and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a bookabach 5 STAR in my book ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great Place to gather family

We had a terrific time with 8 adults and 3 littlies. The kids loved the park and the beach, both of which were so conveniently close. We found the house comfortable, not so pristine that we were scared behave like we were at home. Enough private space for children to be put to bed while others carried on with their plans. The children made best use of the scooters,taking us to the beach where we built a "castle" with drift wood on the beach. A well stocked pantry made meals simple as all the basics were there. Thanks so much.

Nice large house. Good location Furniture was very tired and in need of updating.Ranchslider was broken and a note to say getting fixed but who knows how long that’s been.Beds are not king size but singles pushed together so not as advertised. Also the duvets weren’t the right size for the beds.

winter family get together

We had a great time here. Incredible selection of books and games, big kitchen for cooking family dinner, super comfortable beds, plenty of firewood to keep cosy with the wood stove. Really well supplied with necessaries (cleaning gear, towels and bedding, kitchen, laundry & toilet things as well. Great comms with the hosts: clear expectations and descriptions. We will recommend this place and stay there again!

This was the perfect property for our needs. The guys on bikes were able to park the bikes in the garage for safe keeping over the weekend. Beds were comfortable. Showers were amazing. Thanks for having us!

Staying in this lovely Otaki house was fantastic for my group and I. We enjoyed the wide range of board games, the perfect location and was a perfect set up for our volunteer retreat. Would definitely stay again!

Beach Retreat

Perfect home for a family beach getaway with all the mod cons you could possibly need. Fantastic bonus having table tennis in the garage, loads of board games, puzzles and a play park across the road. Just a few minutes walk to the beach was fantastic! With so many comfy bedrooms to choose from, the kids enjoyed spreading out across the house.

Wonderful time away

The house had lots of spaces to relax in, very clean and well set up with indoor games and lots of books to relax with. A handy walk to the beach with boogie boards available to use. Overall it was a very relaxing private setting for our family gathering.

Otaki beach getaway

We had a nice relaxed stay in the spacious house thankyou. The house can easily fit more. ( Than the 4 of us) There was a great book collection, we played table tennis, had some great beach sunsets, and watched a few Dvds.

Liked the numerous rooms

I rented the property for attendance at a family funeral. Very large property with lots of separate rooms, which was good for a group of adults (one who snores terribly) Some cracks in the windows and quite a bit of stuff sort of lying around but on the whole it was fine and served our purpose well. Enjoyed the time spent in the garden.

Great place fir a group

Loved staying here. Was a group of girlfriends and was spacious, very comfortable beds, excellent kitchen. Although the weather was cool outside, the log burner fire kept us toasty warm. Have stayed here before and would recommend for a group looking for a spacious and comfortable hone away from home. Will definitely be back again.
