Bonnie Vibe Victorian Charm
This old-style Victorian brick home emerges from lush tree-filled leafy gardens. The grand and eclectic property evokes a fairy tale castle, full of secret rooms, cathedral ceilings and outdoor playing spaces and games room for families and friends to explore.
Traditional Victorian style property finished with antique touches.
Secure outdoor play area with outdoor hopscotch, Down Ball and space for ball games. There is also a 4 person infrared sauna. Outdoor fire pit games den with a pool table and dart board.
The kitchen and bathrooms have retained the character of the building, whilst being brought into the modern day with high-quality fittings. There are three spacious bedrooms, consisting of two queens and a bedroom with a bunk bed - the top bunk is a single and the lower a double. You also have an optional sofa bed - offering the ultimate flexibility when deciding on sleeping arrangements.
Directly accessible via the rear gate is the Bonnie Doon community centre, with a Opp shop, playground, cubby house, cricket pitch basketball/tennis court. As well as park benches and a barbeque area under big mature oak trees.

Check out the Bonnie Doon Community Centre where you'll find an Opp shop, community hall, children's playground, Football oval, cricket pitch, Basketball and combined tennis court. Additionally, the Community Centre functions as a heritage repository and encourages exploration of the district's past.
