Denna egenskap passar alla gäster lika. När du väl har tagit dig i den majestätiska utsikten, slappna av i spa, utomhus underhållande på stora däck (bbq medföljer) du inte vill lämna!

Detta hem fångar hela dagen solen, väldigt varmt och mysigt. Uppvärmning består av väggpaneler i vardagsrum, drottning och sovrum. Vi har även levererat 2 oljekolvvärmare för att placera i hela fastigheten efter behov.

Den stora däck är helt sluten så perfekt för de familjer med småbarn, barnvänliga.

En lätt 2 minuters promenad till downtown Raglan till affärer, kaféer, pub (navet).

Smart TV, så lätt att använda med dina appar på din telefon. Vi har också tillhandahållit Netflix, så du kan få tillgång till filmer etc (en extra bonus!). Gratis trådlöst nätverk.

Master bedroom sängkläder konfiguration är super kung men sängkläder kan också vara 2 enkelsängar, om föredraget alternativ. För att komma åt sovrummet har du möjlighet att gå genom drottning sovrum eller tillgång utanför antingen via ranch slider eller hemma under pergola (catering för alla väderförhållanden). Sovrummet har eget badrum med toalett, dusch och fåfänga.

Stunning panorama, such a lovely place to stay. Easy walk into town and all of Raglan at your doorstep. Spotlessly clean, bright and comfortable. Really enjoyed our few days, will be back

Classic Kiwi Bach

The property was exceptional for this particular price range. A smaller, very comfortable bach on a smaller property, but the bedrooms were well-sized with large beds. Immaculately presented, with all the amenities you could need. The location and views are to die for. Excellent hist communication made booking and check-in a breeze. Highly recommended, would definitely stay again in future.

Great view, Great stay.

Loved the view from the deck, of the town and ocean beyond. Enjoyed the hot tub but it could have been clean. There was sand in it. The king bed was very comfortable and although the room faced the road, we heard very little road noise at night. Kitchen was well equipped. Quiet neighbourhood.

Old property hence lack of wardrobe space, but we managed with make do racks. Inconvenient having to walk through one bedroom to access another, or walk around the outside of house to get to entrance

Great spot in Raglan. Lovely clean bach super close to town. Spectacular views. Bit of road noise but the views make up for it.

Location was awesome and cleanliness and condition of the unit was top rated. If we were to make a less positive comment it would be that the spa did not have a roof / shade sail over - if the weather miss-aligns with your stay, you will not get much use of the spa (like we had the misfortune).

Very happy

The excellent location with superb views of the harbour and town is a real bonus. The area is certainly worth visiting. We lifted the microwave down off the fridge to a safer location. A suggestion if possible would be to concrete an apron between the two drives, to make backing down safer without driving on the lawn. I left a note suggesting to put some ant bait out as they soon woke up to the fact that there was food around, especially the food scrap bin. The hob and oven could do with some cleaning. Thankyou for sharing the property, the time went by too quickly.

Room with a view

Great bach in a great location

This is a good Kiwi bach in a great location. Wonderful elevated views of Raglan, but only a 5 min walk to the main street. Loved the spa bath with a view. We were two couples travelling together, our bedroom didn’t have much room for our luggage so we kept our bags in the third bedroom, which worked fine. It’s close to a main road, but the traffic noise at night was very minimal. Would happily stay here again.

disappointing

Initially we loved our stay. The house is beautiful and clean and has fantastic views. On day 3 of our 5-day stay we received a rude email from the host which put a real damper on our holiday. She said that we had more people staying than booked, threatening us with eviction. This was a misunderstanding as we initially booked for 2 but then changed to extra people. All extra costs were paid before our arrival. Instead of checking the details of our booking carefully and communicating with us politely we were immediately treated like criminals. While she admitted that she got this wrong, there was no profuse apology as I'd expect. Instead she was blaming it on a change of manager. Poor excuse - I think - when I always communicated directly with her and she should have had all information at hand.

We enjoyed our stay in raglan so much! The property was exactly as listed, the short walk to everything, the wonderful views, (and even from the spa.) and the ease in which we arrived and left. Thank you. We will absolutely book again!!

What a wonderful gem

Beautiful views over the township and harbour. Super close stroll into town. Spa was hot, clean with wonderful views. Lovely comfy beds and linen. Good classic kiwi bach in an ideal location!

Great location and view over town out to see

In town, walkable to all shops and restaurants. View over town and out to sea. Simple spa and furnishings, everything you need. On a main road, but not noisy. Would book again.

Best place to stay in Raglan

We really enjoyed our 4 nights here as a family of teenagers with another family member visiting for a couple of nights. Having two bathrooms is great. There were so many towels supplied we didn't have to use them all! The heat pump kept us cosy and dried out washing. We didn't use the spa but I bet that was fab too. Julls was very helpful. Location is fab just wander down the hill to town, We only used the car when we went to the surf beach. We would stay here again for sure.
