Vårt hem ligger vid stranden av den vackra hamnen i Aotea. Vi bor här när gästerna inte bor, så har designat huset för att få ut det bästa av utsikten och för maximal njutning. Att fiska medan det ligger på däck är en favoritaktivitet. Hawkes Bay flying fish and stay

What an amazing location and generosity in hospitality. Everything we wanted in a stay. I would recommend this BAB to anyone looking for short/medium/ling stay. Kirstie and John were at their best as hosts. Thanks again.

Great spot

We had a great time at Aotea. The bach is in a prime spot with great views. John the owner was awesome to deal with.. he even took us on a tour of Aotea on his Can-Am which was awesome fun.

Excellent home away from home

Really enjoyed our stay here great veiws and peaceful location. All had a great time exploring the area would recommended to any family wanting a get away from the hustle and bustle of town.

Awesome sport to relax

Thanks John, for letting us once again for allowing us to stay at your lovely home. We really enjoyed the spot. Short stroll to the water to fish and relax with some good mates. We even tried to catch flounder and mullet during low tide with the net. Beds are very comfortable, and the outdoor area is much to adore. What more can you ask for? Definitely would recommend to anyone who is looking at staying at Aotea.

Definitely the best deck in the whole of Aotea! Lovely location - and homely feel! Excellent toilet!! Trekking up from the downstairs bedroom made it worth it !

Fabulous place to stay and relax

Fantastic stay in a great location. Even managed to pick up a nice sized trevally for breakfast surfcasting within 30m of property! Hosts were great to deal with and communicated well. Would definitely recommend

What a spot

We had one of our best holidays at this spot. Such a great place to go, the kids had a blast. Lots of different swimming places to choose from. Gorgeous view from the deck. The owners and the neighbours were very lovely and welcoming. We will be back!

The peace

We all enjoyed our stay, thw option of a sandy beach or rock pools where the kids favourite. And for me and hubby, was the quite and peace, a great break from the city. Our hosts where wonderful and provided all that we needed.

Bliss at the beach

We have stayed here before....a beautiful peaceful location. The property has all the amenities one could want. The owners are friendly & helpful. John had a generator going for us as the power was out most of the first day we were there. We will be back!

Perfect location..

A weekend for two in this amazing bach. Photos were true to form. The online listing was honest and thorough. Very homely vibe and we loved the artwork. Everything we needed was availble and written in their welcome folder if we needed further detail. John was a great host and was available if we needed anything. Another great weekend spent at Aotea Harbour. We will definitely be returning to this property soon. Do not pass up an amazing opportunity to stay here. Thank you John

tuturu te kainga whenua no kainga tupuna o te wa mua.

The property was once the land of many tupuna who once walked back in time, and shared history with our host so we appreciated the learning knowledge of the area.....so recommend his property to others who want a place to relax rest, and just take it all in.
