Warm and lovely Napier

A comfortable pad in a great quiet location just minutes from town. We will look this out again next time we visit the Hawke’s Bay.

Very comfortable mini-house

Very comfortably furnished, quiet and well appointed with everything you need. The walk to town is a bit far and steep, but with a car it's fine. The two doggies were great as well, really made us feel very much at home :-)

Lovely place to stay

Thanks for your hospitality - this was a well equipped and very comfortable place that had everything we needed as well as two friendly dogs. Pretty glad we had a car with us though, as it's up a fairly steep hill!

A great base for our visit to Napier and family wedding.

We really liked the flexablity of the sleeping arrangements. The kitchen facilities were great and generous, the decore was lovely in an eclectic way. We enjoyed visits from the cat and the dog who were very polite. Seamless check in and check out. All around just what we needed.

Little Gem

I booked this B & B for friends from Australia. Victoria was very welcoming and everything within the unit comfortable for my two girl friends. Stairs within wide and negotiable Easy access to unit - road up bit of an adventure. Peaceful and quiet.

parking dangerous and illegal seating uncomfortable all furniture requires upgrading no clothing storage safety rail in stair way would be a good help dirty cook wear and the dog faeces all over lawn is not very welcoming.to describe this property as luxurious is a joke.

Short getaway stay

Nice and quiet. The only downside is the hard mattres. Would have been perfect if there was an extra foam layer on mattress to make bed more comfortable.

Great place, well stocked with everything you need

We totally enjoyed our stay, lovely owners who give you great support. Everything very clean and tidy. Excellent hot water pressure, so enjoyed our lovely hot showers. Weather while in Napier was everything from wet and cold to showery and still cold but the unit was cosy warm.

Very nice hosts and property.

Highly recommended accommodation. Clean and tidy with everything you need including a washing machine. Very nice people as hosts. Thanks for the nice fruit bowl and the quince jam. We didn’t see Pumba before we left but give him a pat from us. Thanks Victoria. Steve and Gemma.

Beautiful secluded loft bach

Amazing stay and lovely host with a warm welcome from the doggies and birds singing happily in the tree. Everything you could want and more at this lovely wee loft bach.

Clean, tidy, convenient

Great place to explore Napier. Lookout point around the corner. Plenty of space and a fully decked out kitchen area. Highlight was Pumba the dog. Would definitely stay again.

We felt it was not suitable for elderly people as no handrail up the stairs.

Owners very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay but both of us tripped on more than one occasion up the small step between kitchen and bathroom.

Perfect spot upon Bluff Hill

We stayed for 2 nights in this cozy setting. Everything you would require seems to be here (we ate out as so many amazing options in Napier). Very close to eateries/restaurants/bars (I hear uber is available as well). The place is very clean and tidy. Victoria is vey welcoming and helpful, the perfect host. I would suggest a car would be helpful to get to and from here, as it is up the very top of the winding hill - but don't let that put you off as you will not get views like this heading to other accommodation - very close to the look out / even the water tower look out is perfect. We had a good nights sleep both nights, And, cant forget the other host, Pumba - he certainly will make you welcome with his beautiful nature and wagging tail - he is such a good dog, and don't worry it you don't like dogs this guy knows his boundaries. Thank you for the lovely stay x

Homely and comfortable

The property is in a lovely quiet leafy spot , walking distance into town. The flat is clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay.My partner was working in town, I was on holiday, and it worked well for both of us. Pumba the dog is a delight, good company, but on the other hand Im sure if you are not a " dog person " he would leave you to it. Owners extremely helpful and hospitable. Thanks for a great stay.
