The home also has a 3 lounge and 2 dining areas, with numerous relaxing spots outdoors, a library and locally commissioned and New Zealand art is a prominent feature throughout.

Guests are welcome to make use of Ansarli's facilities, these include a salt water solar heated pool, a 5th bathroom with shower and separate toilet next to the Pool, a library, BBQ and wood fired pizza oven and outdoor, relaxing lounge areas. Feel free to unwind in the landscaped grounds or take a walk around the working farm.

Ansarli Estate is located near Nelson, and the spectacular Abel Tasman National Park and on doorstep of the Tasman's 'Great Taste' cycle trail.
It is the perfect place to relax and unwind with friends or family, celebrate a special occasion, or somewhere to comfortably base yourself and explore the many attractions of the Nelson area.

This listing differs from Ansarli Villa by the inclusion of the Master Bedroom and Ensuite. You can also book Ansarli Villa for up to 6 guests without the Master suite.

**Special conditions & notes**:

- Strictly no party, gatherings or venue use. No Smoking. Pets are not permitted.

- Security cameras - For the general security of the property & guests, cameras surveil the entry and driveway areas.

- Property located on a Working Farm - Maintenance of water systems, pool, lawns & livestock (sheep, cattle, hens) requires the occasional presence of staff or owners. Guests will be consulted before any work is carried out within the vicinity of the house.

-Please try to arrive during business hours where possible (our team are available 7 days a week as late as 8pm). Late arrivals are available on request for an additional charge of NZ$150.00.

**Cancellation Policy**:

- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks before arrival for any reason and you'll pay no more than 20% of the booking total + VRBO/affiliate site fees.
