Just a short five-minute walk takes you to the lively Mapua Wharf, where you’ll find restaurants, cafes, local boutiques, and galleries. If you love outdoor adventures, you’re close to the Great Taste Trail for cycling and walking, as well as award-winning wineries and vineyard tours - ideal for exploring Nelson, Abel Tasman, and the wider region.
The home features an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area designed for entertaining, with seamless indoor-outdoor flow to two separate decks, both leading to a heated swimming pool. Each bedroom has a built-in wardrobe, and one includes an ensuite bathroom. The fully fenced backyard offers privacy and off-street parking for your convenience.

Swimming pool - The pool is heated between December & April, when the weather is warmer and the days are longer. The actual water temperature will be subject to weather conditions. Outside of the 'swimming months', the heating is ineffective and will not be operated. Please note, use of the swimming pool is not permitted after 10pm due to local regulations & the proximity of neighbouring properties that may be affected by noise.
**Cancellation Policy**:

- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks before arrival for any reason and you'll pay no more than 20% of the booking total + VRBO/affiliate site fees.

Nelson is a 30-minute drive; averaging 40 minutes to the Abel Tasman Nat'l Park. Close to the Nelson Lakes District for hiking and mountain experience. Golden Bay is an hour drive.
