What a view

The view of the Bay is magnificent. Easy to walk anywhere in town. Plenty of food and drink options as well as many different your options.

A pearl in Paihia

Perfect location for snorkelling and an easy walk to the treaty grounds. Apartment was everything the advert described - very handy for food and groceries - a lovely experience all round.

Excellent!

Fantastic location, with great views over looking the wharf and harbour - very short walk to restaurants, shops etc. The apartment is very well equipped- with everything you could need for an enjoyable holiday. Communication with the host helpful and prompt. Thoroughly recommend this property.

Great location

Great spot. Rained one day and we were, able to amuse ourselves downtown when our fishing trip was cancelled. Property itself was well appointed and comfortable.

Great location/Views

This apartment was the perfect location for us. Close to our walks, stores, restaurants, ice cream, and easy drives to everything we wanted to do. Great views! Enjoyed the sunrises in the early mornings. There is traffic on the road in front but we got used to it. Didn’t bother us. Would love to return if we make the trip from the US to Paihia again.

Awesome Property

"Wow", doesn't really cover it, but I'm sure you get what I mean. Had three nights here. Situated right across the road from the water, with fantastic views. Almost everything you need is within 5 min walk. Big and spacious. Very comfortable. Definitely pick this one again.

Very old apartment, not clean, no proper Wifi, too expensive.

We were happy to leave this apartment. First we had to clean the kitchen and the table (so far so good). AC is not working in the leaving room and in the bedroom, no proper Wifi (download 3,14 and upload 15.04). Call button for the lift (second floor) is not working. Everywhere scratches, very old carpet. On top, when you inform the host about all this, they call you an agressiv person.

The best location

Could not have asked for better. Right in the middle of Paihia, close to ferry to Russell. Outstanding views, lovely roomy, quiet apartment. Great communication from host. Will definitely stay here again.

This property is better than the pics. Looks brand new, excellent kitchen and furnishings, wonderful shaded balcony where we ate all our meals. Tv in bedrooms. Great bathrooms. Finding the entrance key needs more explanation.

Great location, walking distance to ferry and restaurants

My family of three stayed here October of 2022, and we were happy with our stay! The location is amazing with restaurants, ferry rides, and numerous activities just a few minutes walk away. The layout of the place was perfect for our family of three, and the views were gorgeous, but we were slightly underwhelmed with the amenities. For three people, the kitchen was not very well appointed. We struggled to have enough dishware to last all three of us for more than 1-2 meals, making their appliances more applicable for couples! For smaller families or ones with younger children, this condo is the perfect layout with the best ocean views you could ever have!

Great stay...

Central location, had all we needed. Nice and secure, great parking and room for our bikes too. Easy bike ride to Waitangi, and the mountain bike park (which is awesome!). Great places to eat, but lovely to sit on the deck and watch the activity on the water and people walking by.

Excellent location, amazing views, great facilities

We received good communication throughout the booking process. The directions were clear. On arrival the rooms were clean and everything was open ready for us. We absolutely loved our Easter weekend. Walking everywhere due to the location. Close to restaurants, supermarket and tourist attractions. Being on the waterfront does have more noise from traffic. The beds could be upgraded for comfort. Overall excellent and thank you!

Wonderful position in the Bay

The property delivered all it promised. We loved being right in the heart of Paihia, handy to everything we wanted to see. We did find the 18 stairs between floors a bit of a trial being both in our 80's, and no wc on the main floor, but probably returned home a bit fitter for the experience!
