A stone's throw from the town center, the Halles market, 500 m from the main beach of the embankment, in a very good standing residence, very good amenities, 3*** for this T2 apartment on the 4th floor offering entrance with cupboard, living room with 140 cm sofa bed, kitchen A and E (dishwasher, washing machine), bedroom with 2 90 cm beds, bathroom, WC with hand basin. Balcony. Parking space in the basement of the residence. Bicycle storage. You can do everything on foot. To be paid upon arrival: tourist tax, deposit of âŹ800.00 by bank check as well as cleaning deposit of âŹ86.00. Holiday vouchers accepted.
