My family had a great time here on our recent getaway. Such close proximity to walking wherever we wanted to go was so nice. The kitchen was very well equipped. The place was clean & had very comfortable furniture for all of us. We definitely would stay here again.

Loved being able to see the ocean and watch sunsets!! Lots of room to spread out! Great having a grill to cook on. We walked everywhere, which was a wonderful benefit.

This is a great location and a well maintained property just to the south of the 'high rise' buildings. The host has detailed instructions for everything (which is good because we really did not see how to work the front shades- but it was right in the book). Do examine carefully as the sleeping arrangement is on 3 levels but the bathrooms are only on two. That lower level makes a great place for older children with its own tv and game area.

Perfect location... Close to the strip, but far away enough to not hear all the noise. The kitchen was loaded with everything you need to bake or cook. Truly surprised at how well the place is stocked. Bikes

We loved our stay at Brezza Marina! The house is beautiful and there was plenty of space for our big family. The views are amazing and the promenade path in front of the house along the water is wonderful. The owner was so responsive and had all of the details outlined clearly. We only wish we had more time there.

Well appointed, unfavorable Parking.Please note thus is one sude of a very large structure, it is a luxury condo.

First complaint in almost 20 years about parking. Unfortunate we took a rating hit over it. This guest had 2 cars which the parking area and garage can easily accommodate. I appreciate feedback on items that we can control and rectify and encourage people to provide that feedback by calling, texting or emailing.

We loved the house- kitchen had all the amenities- fireplaces were awesome and easy to use and the views!!!! Spectacular- beds were so comfortable with great linens and bathrooms stocked perfectly- mikes instructed were clear and easy to follow. Everyone loved it and we had a great time.

Family Getaway

This is a fantastic place. Great ocean views with easy beach access. The house is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. It has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Highly recommend.
