Välkommen till Blakely Prom House-webbplatsen. Du hittar detta rymliga hem som det bästa havet har att erbjuda. Promenadplatsen och kvaliteten på detta hem är överlägsen med spektakulär utsikt över havet.

761 S. Prom, Seaside, beläget på strandpromenaden bara några kvarter söder om den berömda "Turn Around." Denna plats är det bästa Seaside har att erbjuda. En fantastisk fri utsikt över havet, bara några steg till strandpromenaden och bara hundra meter från trappan som leder till sanden. Vårt hem är nybyggt, färdig i februari 2007. Vi slet ett dåligt försämrat hem och ersatte det med två nya hem, som var och en delade en gemensam ljudisolerad vägg.

Vårt hem är över 3000 kvadratmeter på tre nivåer, fyra sovrum, 3 badrum, stor lägre nivå med extra sovplats, vacker rund sten eldstad, tvättmaskin och torktumlare, däck fram och bak, två bil garage, cruiser cyklar, biljardbord, trådlöst internet, platt-TV. Huset är mycket välutrustat och välfylld med leveranser.

På källarplanet hittar du ett stort vardagsrum med biljardbord och TV / DVD. En fullstor säng och en våningssäng (dubbel botten och enkel topp) ger plats för upp till 5 personer.
På bottenvåningen har det stora vardagsrummet / matsalen / köket en fantastisk utsikt över Stilla havet och Prom. Kitchens granitön erbjuder extra sittplatser för middagar. Ett badrum med kaklat dusch, sovrum med dubbelsäng och tvättstuga finns också på huvudnivån. Däck fram och bak är tillgängliga från huvudnivån.
Den övre nivån har tre sovrum och två badrum (ett med en klofota badkar). Det stora sovrummet har ett privat badrum, queen size-säng och en spektakulär utsikt över Stilla havet och Tillamook Head. Det andra sovrummet på övre plan har en full storlek säng och det tredje sovrummet har en queen size-säng.

Inga husdjur och rökning.

OBS: Sommar vistelser kräver minst 5 natt, men kortare block kan vara tillgängliga. VRBO-systemet har begränsningar som visar ett minimum på två nätter. Detta gäller med undantag för helgdagar och somrar som anges under prisinformation.

Seaside on the prom

There were eleven in our family from ages 11 to 75 who stayed for 1 week at this house. There was plenty of room for everyone!! It was well stocked with everything we needed. It was within walking distance of the ocean, restaurants, arcade, shopping etc.!!! We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Stay

The property was wonderful. Clean, well kept, and in a perfect location. Everything worked. Lovingly decorated. We took advantage of the bicycles that were provided to cruise the boardwalk. It was a really nice touch. I can't recommend this property enough. Worth every penny.

Memories made!

This property is clean, beautiful, and comfortable. It has everything you need to prepare meals and entertain a large group of all ages and varying interests. The view is amazing, classic beach. Our family had so much fun walking to restaurants and shops with strollers, riding the bikes, going for ice cream and taking morning and evening strolls. Everyone loved the direct access to the promenade and beach. There is so much to do right from the house. And the host communicates clearly and responds quickly. It was a wonderful stay!

Great location

Fantastic house for large group, great location on Prom, kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals, comfortable beds, excellent view of ocean. One of the best houses we have stayed at on the beach.

Great Location for Sister Reunion

Great location and the perfect size for our multigeneration family retreat. The kitchen is well stocked. The rooms are comfortable and perfect for our needs. It was a stormy weekend and the heartier family members enjoyed the proximity to the beach, while those who preferred to remain inside enjoyed the cozy fire and a frontrow seat to the stormy ocean.

Fell in love with this Seaside escape

The property was in a prime location. A beautiful home right on the promenade. The pictures on this listing do not do it justice. My family and I felt right at home and had no issues whatsoever with anything. Mike was very attentive prior to and during our stay. We plan to rent this house every time we return to the area. Family reunion

This house was great. We had 6 adults, 3 teenagers, and 3 kids under 10. We had space to move around. The clawfoot tub did not work for our older family, but there were other options. We had what we needed in the kitchen. The bikes were nice to ride up and down the prom. The location was fantastic. It had amazing views and was not too far from anywhere. We took day trips to cannon beach and Warrenton to see more family. The kids loved the aquarium and arcade, the beach, and the ropes course. Some of us found nice hikes nearby, and restaurants were easy to find and walk to. This is a great location for multigenerational fun. All of us agreed that we would love to stay here again.

Awesome!

We stayed 3 nights with 6 adults and 3 kids. We couldn't have asked for a better location and house. My family was very comfortable in this house. The owner/manager of this house is very responsive and encourages you to contact him if you have any questions during your stay. The neighborhood is quiet and couldn't hear the neighbors sharing our wall. The bikes provided with the house is a great feature and we used them a lot during our stay. There is so many good things about this house. I highly recommend staying here. But, if I had to have one suggestion or improvement for the house, and being very picky, it would be that the washer and dryer needs updating. There is nothing wrong with the washer and dryer. They are just older models and take longer to wash and dry than I'm use to, especially with towels. Speaking of which, there are plenty of towels in this house. So, if you want your family and friends to be comfortable, have a great time, and be impressed with decision-making abilities, then RENT THIS HOUSE.

Excellent Location

Had a great Spring Break visit, even with the soggy weather. Enjoyed the view of the waves and people watching. Suggestions: Larger dining table. Wasn't sure if table expanded, but we didn't see any extra chairs to use if it did. We sat 5 at counter and 4 at table, so made it work for 9, but prefer to all sit at table together. House sleeps 12, so should seat 12 too. Bikes could use some servicing (flat tires, rusty gears). But we found 3 that worked and enjoyed a ride on the Prom. Love the classic yellow bike with a basket. Maybe blackout curtains or extra layer of blinds in bedrooms with curtains. Very bright early in AM. Kitchen well-equipped. Excellent spice collection. Could sharpen the knives (as typical). Grill worked great. Surprised only bar soaps (no shampoo, conditioner, body wash.) Maybe in the description and we missed that, but if not, suggest mentioning. Plenty of dish soap, laundry detergent, towels, Kleenex, trash cans. Enjoyed pool table, fireplace and the artwork/decor. TV showed Netflix on home screen, but we couldn't open. If available, provide directions by TV. Maybe add shower insert to bathtub in upstairs bath. Clawfoot tub is cute, but not convenient. Also the 4 bunk beds downstairs did not have privacy curtains as pictured. We tried with 4 teen boys, but they were pretty squeaky. One moved to couch. Probably better for smaller kids. Overall, a great stay with perfect location and beach access. We plan to return!

Stevie, her husband Larry and their daughters, Kelsey and Allison, have enjoyed many good times here over the years. It is a favorite gathering place for friends and families. We hope you will enjoy our place as much as we do.

Varför värden valde detta boende

This property was the site of a summer home built in 1905 which was purchased by Stevie’s relatives in the 1920s. In 2007 the original home (which had seen better days) was replaced by the current two-unit luxury condominium. Beams from the old house were refurbished and used for the fireplace mantle. Rocks for the fireplace came from the excavation for the new house.
