VÀlkommen till Blakely Prom House-webbplatsen. Du hittar detta rymliga hem som det bÀsta havet har att erbjuda. Promenadplatsen och kvaliteten pÄ detta hem Àr överlÀgsen med spektakulÀr utsikt över havet.

761 S. Prom, Seaside, belÀget pÄ strandpromenaden bara nÄgra kvarter söder om den berömda "Turn Around." Denna plats Àr det bÀsta Seaside har att erbjuda. En fantastisk fri utsikt över havet, bara nÄgra steg till strandpromenaden och bara hundra meter frÄn trappan som leder till sanden. VÄrt hem Àr nybyggt, fÀrdig i februari 2007. Vi slet ett dÄligt försÀmrat hem och ersatte det med tvÄ nya hem, som var och en delade en gemensam ljudisolerad vÀgg.

VÄrt hem Àr över 3000 kvadratmeter pÄ tre nivÄer, fyra sovrum, 3 badrum, stor lÀgre nivÄ med extra sovplats, vacker rund sten eldstad, tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare, dÀck fram och bak, tvÄ bil garage, cruiser cyklar, biljardbord, trÄdlöst internet, platt-TV. Huset Àr mycket vÀlutrustat och vÀlfylld med leveranser.

PÄ kÀllarplanet hittar du ett stort vardagsrum med biljardbord och TV / DVD. En fullstor sÀng och en vÄningssÀng (dubbel botten och enkel topp) ger plats för upp till 5 personer.
PÄ bottenvÄningen har det stora vardagsrummet / matsalen / köket en fantastisk utsikt över Stilla havet och Prom. Kitchens granitön erbjuder extra sittplatser för middagar. Ett badrum med kaklat dusch, sovrum med dubbelsÀng och tvÀttstuga finns ocksÄ pÄ huvudnivÄn. DÀck fram och bak Àr tillgÀngliga frÄn huvudnivÄn.
Den övre nivÄn har tre sovrum och tvÄ badrum (ett med en klofota badkar). Det stora sovrummet har ett privat badrum, queen size-sÀng och en spektakulÀr utsikt över Stilla havet och Tillamook Head. Det andra sovrummet pÄ övre plan har en full storlek sÀng och det tredje sovrummet har en queen size-sÀng.

Inga husdjur och rökning.

OBS: Sommar vistelser krÀver minst 5 natt, men kortare block kan vara tillgÀngliga. VRBO-systemet har begrÀnsningar som visar ett minimum pÄ tvÄ nÀtter. Detta gÀller med undantag för helgdagar och somrar som anges under prisinformation.

Fantastic location on the promenade, with beautiful view of the ocean from main floor and sweeping view of the ocean from the master bedroom upstairs. Easy and flat access to beach. Short walking distance to the main shopping area and restaurants. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host is also very nice and responsive. The house is a gem. Would love to stay there again.

Seaside on the prom

There were eleven in our family from ages 11 to 75 who stayed for 1 week at this house. There was plenty of room for everyone!! It was well stocked with everything we needed. It was within walking distance of the ocean, restaurants, arcade, shopping etc.!!! We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Stay

The property was wonderful. Clean, well kept, and in a perfect location. Everything worked. Lovingly decorated. We took advantage of the bicycles that were provided to cruise the boardwalk. It was a really nice touch. I can't recommend this property enough. Worth every penny.

Memories made!

This property is clean, beautiful, and comfortable. It has everything you need to prepare meals and entertain a large group of all ages and varying interests. The view is amazing, classic beach. Our family had so much fun walking to restaurants and shops with strollers, riding the bikes, going for ice cream and taking morning and evening strolls. Everyone loved the direct access to the promenade and beach. There is so much to do right from the house. And the host communicates clearly and responds quickly. It was a wonderful stay!

Great Location for Sister Reunion

Great location and the perfect size for our multigeneration family retreat. The kitchen is well stocked. The rooms are comfortable and perfect for our needs. It was a stormy weekend and the heartier family members enjoyed the proximity to the beach, while those who preferred to remain inside enjoyed the cozy fire and a frontrow seat to the stormy ocean.

Fell in love with this Seaside escape

The property was in a prime location. A beautiful home right on the promenade. The pictures on this listing do not do it justice. My family and I felt right at home and had no issues whatsoever with anything. Mike was very attentive prior to and during our stay. We plan to rent this house every time we return to the area. Large Modern Ocean Front Property On The Prom

We enjoyed our stay at this modern ocean front property on the Prom. The pool table was fun and it's nice to be so close to the beach. The master bedroom overlooks the ocean but only has a queen bed that needs a new mattress. Plenty of hot water with the tankless unit. Plenty of room for multiple families. The owner uses thorough communications and was kind enough to allow us an early arrival and late departure.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

This property was the site of a summer home built in 1905 which was purchased by Stevie’s relatives in the 1920s. In 2007 the original home (which had seen better days) was replaced by the current two-unit luxury condominium. Beams from the old house were refurbished and used for the fireplace mantle. Rocks for the fireplace came from the excavation for the new house.
