This lovely villa is situated in a residential estate of approximately 50 other villas.
Most of them are lived in by the owners, many of them are rented long term and some are holiday rentals.
This villa is very spacious with lovely views, and large gardens. 4 air conditioned bedrooms with king sized beds and a living room. Kitchen with over, hob and washing machine
The resort itself is in a gated community with security at the entrance.
The resort is on the beachfront, with a beautiful beach and huge infinity pool on the beachfront for guests to use. To reach the beach front from this villa is a walk through the resort down to the beach front (a 10-15 mins walk).

Until recently, we built the electricity costs into the nightly rate. However, we found that air con units would be left on all day, even when the villa was unoccupied. So as an eco-friendly approach, we have reduced the nightly rates, and allowing you to pay for only the electricity that you use. The electricity meter is read on check in and check out and charged at THB9.00 per unit plus 7% tax. Average daily consumption based on 8 people sharing, would equate to THB100 per person per day. Water is charged per 6,000 litre water truck at THB250. There is no government water on this estate.
