Behold breathtaking views of the landscape that envelops this charming 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom apartment, creating an idyllic setting for your alpine retreat. Step into a thoughtfully renovated interior that seamlessly blends modern comforts with timeless charm, ensuring a stay that's both inviting and stylish. New for 2024 are additional bathroom amenities, including a second heated towel rail.

The open-concept living area is flooded with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The well-appointed kitchen with Miele appliances has all the essentials for preparing delicious meals after a day of adventure and the highly specified apartment includes underfloor heating, fireplace (electric), 50in LED TV, Foxtel and Blu-ray player.

With its convenient location, this property allows easy access to the chairlifts, slopes, hiking trails, mountain biking trails, and the village shops & restaurants, all within a short walk. You can unload your car directly outside, and it is then a short and level walk to and from the overnight car parks. After a day of exploring, you can unwind on the private balcony for a BBQ & take in the crisp mountain air and relish in the beauty of the alpine scenery.

There is a dedicated bike storage room on the ground level of the building.
