Awesome Stay!

The house was perfect for 4 couples. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Very spacious. The rooftop balcony was great for hanging out. We visited the coffee shop a block down the road every morning and loved it as well. Alex was very accommodating with checking in and out as we were all coming and going on different days. We would definitely stay here again.

Super Host

Communication from host was great. He went above and beyond to respond to a special request for items left behind. There is limited dresser and/or hanger space for unpacking, so be prepared to live out of your suitcase. Also, the pergola shade was missing/broken. All around though, a great spot for a visit to Nashville.

Amazing time!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! A group of friends came down for my bachelorette party and we unfortunately experienced a bad storm that knocked out the power. Alex was more than accommodating and helpful the entire time and before and after we stayed there! The house was beautiful and we will definitely be back!

Great location to downtown.

House accommodated everyone great. The location was easy Uber ride to anywhere. Would definitely stay here again!!!! Alex was great with quick responses to any questions. The beds and pillows are so comfortable! Just a couple housekeeping items. Need some updated wash clothes and one set of sheets were stained. But easy fixes! Would so recommend to friends!!!

College reunion trip

Great place to stay. Middle point fit by college buddies in Pennsylvania and us in TeXas. Alex was fantastic to work with and great communication. Three couples. Plenty of room. Great that all bedrooms have a bathroom attached. Exactly as advertised and pictured. $12 Uber to Broadway. Great location to see all the sites We had a fantastic time and already planning the next trip!!

Fantastic stay

I had several of my sales reps come into town for a conference at Gaylord opry mills and we chose this vrbo vs the standard hotel room. This was such a better experience and my sales guys loved it. Convenient to everything, it was a short ride share to downtown Nashville/broadway and easy commute over to the conference. I told my wife all about the props for pictures, the rooftop, where we hung out mostly and we are in the process of putting a friends trip to Nashville this summer and will definitely be booking this place. Thanks so much for a fantastic stay, it was great for our team and I look forward to visiting again!

The Perfect Property

We were a group of 8 to celebrate my 40th Birthday and also our first time in Nashville! The Nash Nest was the most Perfect property! Everything was neat and clean & The beds were SO comfy too! The rooftop was the best for winding down after a night on broadway! And the photo backdrops were the perfect touch! We had so much fun using the props that Alex had already provided! He was a great host and answered every question we had as well as checking in with us when we arrived to make sure all was well. We will definitely be back to Nashville and will book with Alex again!

Friend’s Vacay

Property manager very easy to work with & kind. The property on the other hand was below average. We’ve stayed at many VRBO’s that had kitchen & bathrooms fully stocked w/essential amenities. This property had marginal necessities & the sofa was filthy & old. It truly needs to b replaced. With that being said, we did have a great with friends.

This place was perfect for a girls’ weekend. 8 of us total. Great value for the price. Very attentive customer service. Loved each room had a bathroom. Roof top and spacious kitchen/living area were a grand bonus.And we achieved early check in when requested & was possible. We spent a great long day on the roof top.Great safe neighborhood for walking. What a charm!

Great place for large groups!

We had an amazing stay! The property is just a 10-minute ride to downtown Nashville, which made getting to all the action super convenient. The house itself is perfect for large groups and ideal for celebrations—we stayed for a bachelorette party and it couldn’t have been a better fit. The rooftop was a highlight, and the stylish interior made for some great photo ops. The host, Alex, communication was fast and easy, which made the whole experience even smoother.One thing to note for future guests: there are quite a few stairs throughout the property, so it may be something to keep in mind for anyone with mobility concerns or for safety when moving between levels.Overall, we loved our stay and would highly recommend this place for a fun group trip to Nashville!

Excellent Property

This property was terrific and just as described in the listing. Great location, close enough to enjoy all Broadway has to offer, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to relax. The rooftop deck is amazing. My friends and I enjoyed our stay and plan on staying again in the future.
