- Gå 2 kvarter till Music City Circuit stop (gratis downtown buss service från 6:00 till 6:00)
- Ta en 25 minuters promenad (min favorit! Längs vägen bläddra Farmers Market, sedan kassan Bicentennial park, ta sedan kapital steg upp till Statlig huvudstadbyggnad (kolla in utsikten!), Sedan vidare till War Memorial Plaza och din downtown! Bara en kort promenad ner Church St till nöjesdistriktet, och du måste gå ut på gångbron över Cumberland River bara för vyn över Nashville !!
- Ta en $ 6 Lyft eller Uber ride (Näst bästa val !!)
- Mindre än två mil enhet (men parkering kostar you..especially på upptagen helger)

Spring Break

Spring break get away for me, a school teacher/coach, my wife, cousin, aunt from San Diego. House is perfect, great location and exactly what our group needed. Will definitely try and book here again in the future.

Best House In Nashville

Our group of 8 (4 couples) wanted a house that allowed all of us to have our separate space but have a common area to hang out together. This house had this and more. Each King suite is incredible. The beds are super comfy. This house checks all the boxes.

50th Birthday Celebration for my Husband

House was very clean and well kept. Property owner was very attentive to any needs. Very nice that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. Convenient location to downtown. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Stay!

This is a fantastic home! Comfy beds, quality linens and towels. Super clean. They have truly thought of everything you could need. Rooms have kurig coffee makers with pods and creamers, which was so appreciated. Close to downtown. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Rick for yr hospitality!

Great house for our cousin group of seven

The house was beautifully decorated and stocked with everything to make our stay memorable. The king bed bedrooms are individual retreats. I contacted the owner with a question and got an immediate response. I highly recommend this great location house

First time to Nashville

Perfect house for 4 - 60 year old couples. 4 King Suites. Clean and easy access. Short walk to Farmers Market - excellent variety of food and shop vendors. Neighbors Bar and Germantown Pub were short walks for food and drink. Short Uber ride to Broadway. Everything was great for our needs.If you leave Broadway on a Saturday night walk 3-4 blocks away for pickup. Had big problems getting a ride from the nightlife area due to crowds and closed off roads. Other than that, a fabulous weekend!

Perfect for field trip!

We had a fantastic stay! Rick was super on communication and kind enough to let us store our luggage after an early arrival. 4 king beds are hard to find and we’re so great for our group. I would stay again without hesitation!

Perfection

Great location just outside of downtown, and an easy (15-20min) walk to Broadway. Very quiet neighborhood. Loved that everyone had plenty of space and super comfy beds. Home was immaculate and well stocked with all we needed. Will absolutely recommend to anyone who plans a trip to Music City.

Five Star Property

Very nice property! Clean & well-equipped with necessities! It was perfect for 4 couples whether we wanted to spend time together in the common area and porches, or wanted privacy in our individual suites !! The 4 suites were awesome!!! The house was 2 blocks to the Farmers Market which we loved and close to downtown as well.

Wonderful!

My husband and I along with three other couples spent a long weekend at the house. The description on the website is on point! The host allowed us to place our luggage in his storage area since we arrived early and went for breakfast before leaving. The house was a perfect size for us to each have our own space but also gather together at times. We tried the one restaurant the host recommended for breakfast,Monell’s. It was so good we went back again the next day. Next time we’ll have to try their lunch! I would definitely recommend staying here. Quick Uber ride to Broadway or if you’re up for a nice walk that isn’t too bad! Nice quiet neighborhood.

Nashville 60th Birthday Celebration

It was a beautiful house in a great location. It's perfect for 4 couples. It had 4 big bedrooms with attached bathrooms. The house was very clean upon arrival. The Host was very helpful and responded to my questions quickly. We want to come back!

Birthday getaway

Perfect for our group of 4 couples. Everyone has their own bedroom/bathroom. The balcony was our meet up and hang out area. The walk was a little longer than some of us would have liked but doable and Ubers were usually about $8. Owner has thought of everything from coffee and snacks to umbrellas on the front porch. He was very responsive and helpful. Able to sneak us in a little early too.

Our Quiet and Beautiful Getaway

We were eight adults visiting Nashville to celebrate an upcoming wedding. The future bride and groom, with their friends, stayed elsewhere. This home was the perfect getaway for us. It was close to them and to downtown. Everything was wonderful, with a clean and well equipped house. We weren’t missing anything. The common kitchen and living space were beautiful and the bedrooms were spacious and so comfortable. Each room having a ensuite was such a bonus. Many thanks to the owner, Rick, for always being available for questions and for being so helpful. You certainly have a gorgeous home. Colleen, Eric, Linda, George, Markie, Tina, John and Jane.

We loved this house! The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious and the living area felt cozy and inviting. We also loved watching the rain and lightning from the second floor patio! Location is awesome, we could walk to many excellent restaurants and bars. Thank you for sharing this property with us!

I will do my best to provide a great place to stay while you are in Nashville! I am a single Dad with 2 great kids off to college! I built this home last year and love living near downtown Nashville. I am an avid walker and most weeks put in 15 to 20 miles just walking from my home to the Historical Germantown area, Bicentennial Mall State Park, Farmers Market, State Capital, Legislative Plaza, TPAC, then on to Lower Broad, 2nd Ave, and Riverfront park where all the honky tonks are located! That total distance is just a little over 2 miles each way.

I was in the USAF and Tennessee Air Guard for 13 years where i was a navigator on C-130's. After my military life i became a General Contractor and started my own business. After being in the country for so long i decided to try the city life. I bought a vacant lot in this historical overlay district and loved it. I do love this neighborhood.

I also love to hike the mountains! I have summed 3 12,000 foot peaks in the Rockies and last summer my son and I summed 14,254 foot Long's Peak in Rocky Mountain National Park. I must admit - it kicked my ass ... but wow!... what a view! Leaves no doubt there is a God! I also love to kayak and travel. But the best times are with the kids. We love to play strategy board games..Settlers of Catan, Acquire, and Cashflow. I love Axis and Allies, but its hard to get them to play that! I also play in a Texas holdem Poker League...for points...not for cash!

This is a new house I designed and built. All the suites are soundproofed between each unit, and each unit has its own lockable door. The big plus is that its only about $6 taxi fare to the downtown entertainment district or 2 blocks over to the Music City Circuit stop (free downtown loop bus service 6AM thru 6PM), or 25 min walk!

New Home just completed in May 2012 -4 King Master Suites, full kitchen, open Living room and Dining area. 4th King Suite is located on the 3rd floor with roof top terrace and a great skyline view of downtown Nashville, whirlpool tub, and cathedral ceilings! There is also a half bath on the living area floor. Kitchen has full refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Two covered porches! Living room has 70' 3D TV with full satellite channels including HBO, Cinemax, and Showtime.

Come and go as you please. Beautiful new house is just 2 blocks to Bicentennial Mall State Park and Farmers Market, and just a few more blocks to Germantown restaurants and downtown Nashville.
