Welcome to Charlotte, North Carolina! Relax and rejuvenate in our cozy one-bedroom apartment in one of Charlotte's most prestigious neighborhoods. It has excellent amenities to ensure you a comfortable stay and convenience. It is also a short distance from the best local shops, malls, and restaurants, all of which you will undoubtedly enjoy visiting.
The Space:
Take advantage of our fully furnished apartment features such as:
- A cozy Queen-sized bed with a high-quality mattress
- Fully-equipped kitchen with utensils and appliances
- Comfortable sofa with pillows for you to hang out
- Dining table
- Clean bathroom with a tub for you to relax after a long day
- Smart Lock Access
- A balcony with a stunning view
Our gated community offers a variety of facilities, including:
- A Resort-style pool, open seasonally (Memorial Day to Labor Day)
- Outdoor Grilling and Dining Area
- A Fitness Center with complete gym equipment
- Private Basketball Court
- Jogging Trail
Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.
The Neighborhood:
In addition, it is only a few minutes away from Charlotte's most popular attractions such as:
- NoDa (5 miles away)
- Cotswold Mall (2.5 miles away)
- Southpark (3.7 miles away)
- Uptown Charlotte Center (3.5 miles away)
- Plaza Midwood (4 miles away)
- Club Lounge and Coffee Station (3.5 miles away)
Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!
Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
