The Space:
Upon entering Then Vista you are greeted with expansive views of the ocean and headlands stretching all the way to Sydney.
A short walk down through the garden from the double carport (which also enjoys spectacular views) brings you to the upper level of the home. Here, an open-plan living and dining area with modern kitchen create the perfect space for relaxation and entertaining.
The oversized master suite on this floor includes a walk-in robe and spacious ensuite, allowing you to wake up to sweeping coastal views right from the comfort of your bed. A convenient powder room completes this level for both you and your guests.
The lower level offers equally captivating views and includes a second living space which has a sofa bed ( fourth bedroom for 9 guests or more ), an additional ensuite, and another bathroom—perfect for accommodating two families comfortably.
With dual street access, parking is effortless. The property includes a double carport, parking bay, and off-street parking for up to five vehicles.
Eco-conscious features such as two water tanks and solar hot water reflect a commitment to sustainability.
