About the home
"Aberdeen" is a brand new delightful home close to Lovers Lane in Cowes, and either a gentle walk or short drive to the many supermarkets, restaurants & cafes of Cowes. Some of the many features of this home are detailed below:
Indoor Areas
The front Lounge Room (with 50" smart TV) provides access to Bedroom 2 (with BIR) and leads through to the central open plan Kitchen/Dining/Family Room (with 50" smart TV). Both the rear Deck as well as Bedroom 1, featuring BIR and an ensuite (with shower & toilet) are accessed from the Family Room. A side hall leads to Bedroom 3 (with BIR), a fully equipped European style Laundry (with washing machine & clothes dryer), a Bathroom (with shower over bath) and a separate Toilet, and Bedroom 3 (with BIR). Bedroom 4 is a small Bungalow that is accessed from the rear Deck off the Family Room.
Outdoor Areas
The rear covered Deck (with a gas BBQ and table & seating for 6 people) overlooks the fully enclosed rear yard which is perfect for children, and also features a hot/cold water outdoor shower. There is seating for 2 people on the front Verandah and the Carport has been converted into an Outdoor Covered Area (with seating for 6), so two cars can be parked in the driveway, plus there is parking is available on the street and/or nature strip.
Kitchen
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, toaster, kettle, Delonghi Nespresso compatible pod coffee machine, plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and induction cook top.
Heating/Cooling Systems
There are five wall mounted reverse cycle airconditioners in the home; one each in the living area plus one in each of the four bedrooms.

This home has 7 beds, accommodating up to 10 guests:
Bedroom 1: One Queen bed
Bedroom 2: One Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Two sets of Single bunks
Bungalow: One Double bed
Linen
It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.
Peak Periods
Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.
Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies
Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
