Ocean Edge Condo - Resort Pool & Close to Beaches!

Bright & spacious one bedroom, one bath, 2nd floor unit at prestigious Ocean Edge. Access to resort pool, tennis courts, basketball court, exercise room and dining at Linx Tavern or Shark Bah! Head over to the Ocean Edge Resort main grounds & and enjoy dining at The Ocean Terrace, The Beach Bar & The Roscommon Room and Bayzo's Pub. There is also an amazing spa facility - call ahead for appointments! This condo is within driving distance of beautiful bayside Brewster beaches. No Pets. Linens not provided but can be rented - just ask! Please note that guests have access to pool and tennis courts (fee) and gym (fee) BUT NOT TO Ocean Edge Golf Course. There is a premier course within 2 minutes drive - Captains Golf Course.

PLEASE NOTE: Once your reservation is made a lease will be emailed to you from Foran Realty. You must sign your lease within 48 hours of receipt. If you do not receive the email please contact Foran Realty immediately. Please note our cancellation policy spelled out in the lease. You will be asked to initial the policy as part of the signing of the lease. Foran Realty will not process any credit card payments until the lease is returned to our office. Your reservation is not confirmed until your lease is returned and the deposit is collected. Your reservation is on HOLD and not bookable by another party for the 48 hours from the time of the initial booking. We look forward to seeing you soon.

I have to be honest. I thought I was getting a deal but this condo was not up to our standards. First, and probably foremost, there is only one air conditioner and it is in the bedroom AND it does not work well enough for either that room or to cool the whole unit with the doors wide open (that is what I was told when I inquired). Sitting on the balcony did not entice either of us, the living room could be more comfortable and the kitchen didn't call my name to whip anything up. The location was pretty good. Close to the indoor and outdoor (very cold) pool and the bike trail (which we used). I guess it is a good thing that we went when we did and the weather was not hot as hell because then it would have received no stars. Sorry. Just being honest. Also, be aware, you have to pick up the keys from the realtor. No lock box. And return them to the realtor. Pain in the ass. No photos because I didn't feel the need for remembering.

We enjoyed our stay however we did need to purchase fans due to the AC only being in the bedroom, we left them for future guests to use. We would rebook and recommend to family and friends though!
