We welcome you to the Grand Ocean View Holiday Home in Clifton Springs. This family holiday classic is a spacious and relaxing retreat by the ocean for you and your travelling group. This home is sure to provide a comfortable stay and an outstanding experience for your upcoming stay in Clifton Springs.

This spacious holiday home is located just metres from the ocean side and looks out directly into Port Phillip Bay. The Clifton Springs Golf Club and Clifton Springs Boat Ramp is just a 5 minute drive from the property.

The property is also a short drive to popular wineries such as Jack Rabbit, Terrindah Estate, Scotchman’s Hill and Bellarine Estate among others.

This home has plenty of room for big groups with a picturesque ocean view throughout the living areas of the home. The property includes two separate lounge areas, a well equipped kitchen with complimentary refreshments, dining area, three full bathrooms and laundry with washer/dryer. The home also boasts essential holiday amenities like a wood fired oven & grill and recreational room with a table tennis table.

Sleeping arrangements are as follows (all linen & bathroom towels provided):
