Spot whales breaching from the balcony, which is complete with a 2 person Canadian cedar sauna.
Both inviting and contemporary, this home is bathed with natural light and set in a quiet location close to the iconic Middleton Beach, whale watching boardwalk, and cafe's, pubs, playgrounds, restaurants and bars.
A newly constructed character home offering 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 generous bathrooms plus powder room.
Enter the home via a level timber boardwalk leading to a stunning vintage lead light front door.
Inside you will find soaring timber lined ceilings framing north-facing overhead windows providing generous light to the living areas.
