OURZ - Nära till stranden

"OURZ" är ett modernt tre sovrum, två badrum stuga med gångavstånd till den mycket populära Middleton Beach.

Tvärs över vägen från Middleton Beach Bowling Club, och bara en kort bit från Eyre Park där barnen kan springa och leka till sina hjärtan innehåll. Det finns också gott om bra matställen i närheten OURZ.

För dem i golf, det är bara en kort bilresa till Albany Golf Club.

Om du är i walking sedan promenad från Middleton Beach till Emu Point är säker på att behaga dig om du vill gå längs spåret eller längs stranden.

'OURZ' sover 8, är 1 queen size-säng i sovrummet, 1 dubbel och en singel i det andra sovrummet och 1 dubbel med singel ovan (som en våningssäng) i tredje sovrummet.

We had an amazing stay at this holiday house near Middleton Beach! The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach.The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The beds were cozy, and the outdoor area was great for relaxing in the evenings. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy Albany — we’d definitely love to come back.

Overpriced

The only things clean were the sheets. The floors, sinks, and furniture were stained and covered in crumbs. Cupboards and drawers had previous guests dirty tissues, condom wrappers etc. (Left there as we didnt use, kept all our items in our cases) positive was location . TheThe positive was the location in easy walking distance to middleton beach

Good house, good location, appeared uncared for

This is a big house suitable for a large/extended family stay, in a good location. There are roadworks which made accessing the property a bit difficult, but obviously this is a temporary problem. There was wi-fi available, which was nice. There are kid size couches, pencils and drawing equipment. It was very family friendly. The host replied promptly to messages.The house appeared a little uncared for. The kitchen was a bit grubby and a few small things in the house are obviously in need of fixing (shower tap washers, a kitchen draw etc). The shower was either scalding hot or freezing cold. The host asks that you leave the house clean and tidy and dishes done (which is standard), and also that you sweep the whole house before leaving (which is not mentioned in the advertisements).Next time I would probably choose a different place to stay, but the house was functional, well located and family friendly.

Great location and well equipped

My kids loved the foosball table and played it constantly. The couch is super comfy and the living and dining area is roomy. The easy access to the side of the property is great for returning from the beach and fishing. There are great places to eat, just a short walk away and we all enjoyed our time in the park adjacent where my kids played basketball and on the zipline. Thanks for another great stay here, would highly recommend it.

Nice location but needs a good clean

House well equipped and great location. Plenty of parking space.cleanliness was a let down. Dirty and dusty floors, grimmey cutleries and dirty table covers. The outside recycle bin was full.

Comfortable

The place was comfortable overall. There were a few cobwebs in places that hadn't been cleaned for a bit, otherwise the place was good. The pillows in the master bedroom weren't very good, would recommend bringing your own, if possible.

Return to our favourite place

Stayed as extended family, grandparents, parents and kids. The location was perfect close to beach and easy access to town and all the main tourist sites. The house was ideally laid out to give us space whilst being close to kids. My almost teen loved the double bottom bunk bed. The games room is a great touch. The host was helpful and quick to respond to questions. Loved our stay and sad to say goodbye. Thank you.

Fun with Grandchildren at OURZ

Had a fabulous week at OURZ with our grandchildren. OURZ was perfectly located - walking distance to beach and cafe.. short drive into centre of town. Lots of sites to visit in the area. OURZ was comfortable, clean and provided for all our needs. Our host was easy to if needed. Thank you.

Birthday Getaway

The home is quite nice...very much suited for families with children. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. One reverse cycle a/C in main living area with a/C unit outside of main bedroom (very noisy) Bathrooms were efficient and clean with nice hot water. Carport is very small. Beach was a little further than anticipated..highly recommend for a family with children, very secure yard. For five adults (not couples) it was okay. We walked to Emu Point along the beach and returned along the walkway, approx 10kms, the following day we drove to Bluff Knoll, and hiked to the top, followed by a lovely evening at The Venice on York Street. All in all it was a nice place to stay for the days we were in Albany

Was a fabulous location, great place to stay, amenities closeby

Was not too clean seems like not swept for a while, or mopped. As there was quite alot of dust and dirt that we could see in some areas. We would like to recommend paper towels in kitchen also. Apart from that, was awesome Would recommend to others. Thank you 😊
