Conveniently located right next to Southern Cross transport hub and a short walk to Marvel Stadium, Coles Supermarket and an array of sought-after retail shops, cafes and restaurants. Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to the apartment for the duration of their stay.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
'The Mondriane' building management at 280 Spencer St. requires all short stay guests to provide a photo ID prior to arriving (excluding children).
This is for clearance into the building with the front desk.
We will be asking for an electronic copy of the IDs via message of all adult guests when the booking is confirmed so we can forward to their reception in order to get full building clearance during your stay.
** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the apartment, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guest’s responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **
