Located within the well-regarded âThe Markâ, and in the heart of leafy Collins Street you will delight in your front-row seat to it all; St Paul's Cathedral, the MCG, the Arts Centre Spire, Eureka tower, and many more. Featuring a beautiful entrance foyer, and a dedicated lift to the 14th floor, you are only ever minutes from your front door to the action.
The Space:
The apartment enjoys a corner position with abundant natural light streaming in year-round with two large balconies on each side adding even more appeal. There is a full kitchen with a small dishwasher. Featuring one bedroom with built-in robe and offers good separation from the living and dining area. The office is the ideal room for stowing suitcases with plenty of shelf storage and a desk with views of St Paulâs Cathedral and the MCG. The bathroom and laundry are combined and incorporates an elegant hand basin, washing machine and heat pump dryer.
The Mark is meticulously maintained, with a full-time building manager. Other features include secure intercom access & split system heating and cooling for year-round comfort.

** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the apartment, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guestâs responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **
