Relax out on your sunny & spacious balcony and watch the majestic ships sail by.
Unit 4 has sleeping for up to 6 in a Queen, 2 single beds + 2 single mattresses, one bathroom with a step in shower, separate toilet and laundry. This comfortably furnished unit also includes a TV, Free Wi-Fi, washing machine, dryer, plus ceiling fans in the master and living and second bedroom.
The complex offers a secure entry, in ground pool & a single lock up garage. Sahara Sands is conveniently located just 220m from the sand at Kings Beach, children's playgrounds and a great choice of dining-out options all within very close walking distance.
This unit is located on the 1st floor however please note there is still 23 stairs to walk-up to unit. However the beautiful views are worth it!
Please note that this property does not have air conditioning.

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. Please note that linen is not provided in this property. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you. The cost for linen hire for all beds in this property would be $147 p.w. (this includes the 2 single mattresses), or $51 p.w. for just the main bed (subject to an annual pricing review by the linen hire company).
