Unit 401 Seabourn is conveniently located within easy walking distance of Bulcock Beach, Kings Beach and Caloundra CBD.
Its features are seemingly endless Just to name a few, the unit has a large balcony with good views over the shipping lanes, Pumicestone Passage and Bribie Island, 2 large bathrooms including a spa bath in the ensuite, full size kitchen with quality appliances, There is an LCD TV in the lounge, Wifi, and air conditioning in the lounge and all bedrooms plus screens throughout.

The complex features an inground pool and large shared BBQ area with seating. Seabourn has security entrances, with a lift to take you up to this 4th floor unit. There is also a tandem lock up garage for your convenience (please note that the garage is not suitable for larger vehicles, landcruisers etc.).

You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.
Booking Terms
Prices vary according to the season, and minimum booking nights apply and vary for different seasons. Please note that whilst this is a holiday apartment it is located in a residential building and respect for neighbours must be observed. Loud noise/parties will not be tolerated. Wi-Fi is not included unless stated in the property details.

Tandem lock up garage (please note that the garage is not suitable for larger vehicles, landcruisers etc.).
Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.
