Welcome to High Tide - Fire Pit & Entertaining area, an enchanting holiday rental, nestled in the serene and scenic surroundings of Sanctuary Point, NSW. Specifically designed to let the world outside slip away, this hidden oasis hosts up to 7 guests, making it the perfect escape for families and friends.
Located 5 minutes walk to Basin Walk with playgrounds, exercise equipment and finishing at the sandy Palm Beach. Take a leisurely stroll to the local shops, cafes and Country Club where you can enjoy a round of golf or feast in the restaurant.
This lovely renovated property boasts 3 tastefully-decorated bedrooms - each thoughtfully outfitted to meet your comfort needs. The property also offers 2 bathrooms for a hassle-free stay. For our guests' convenience, the property also includes a whopping 5 exclusive parking spaces, with ample room for a few furry friends, as this sanctuary welcomes up to three pets.
The interiors are peppered with modern amenities, like a smart TV with Netflix, Wi-Fi access, air conditioning, ceiling fans and a great entertaining area with ping pong table and kayaks keeping you entertained and relaxed throughout your stay.
The modern kitchen is appointed with a coffee machine amongst other mod cons, whilst the dining area provides the perfect setting for feasts. Step outside onto the deck for a barbecue, an evening by the fire pit (in winter), or simply bask on the deck.
Tailored for families, "High Tide" comes with child-friendly additions including children's books, toys, high chair, child dinnerware, and a portacot. In addition, the wide range of board games ensures nobody will be left wanting for entertainment.

- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
- A card surcharge is levied on each payment. It's important to note that since this fee is associated with the bank, it won't be reimbursed in the event of cancellation.
- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Whilst the majority of properties provide access to streaming services, guests may be required to log in via their own accounts.

Our approach to property management is that we want you to feel that the property is your own for a few days. As such we limit our communications to a few important emails, but otherwise we will leave you alone! If you are looking for a host that provides welcome platters on arrival, champagne in the fridge and who will contact you throughout your stay, we may not be the right host for you.
What you will get from us are well equipped, fairly priced, pet and family friendly holiday homes that are loved by their owners.
We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.
As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.

There is a park located at the end of the street, with a gym and play equipment. Take a fishing rod and a picnic lunch and spend time watching the world pass you by in the serenity.
The property has a long driveway where a boat and jet ski can be kept. There are secure Colourbond fences which can be locked.
The property has a big flat back yard with a firepit. In the garage you will find a table tennis table and some comfortable lounges to sit back and relax whilst the kids wear themselves out.
