The Tiki Beach Retreat is a lovely two bedroom, two bath pool home in the heart of west Bradenton, sure to become your favorite spot to land whenever you need a bit of Florida sunshine!

This charming two bedroom, two bath home is located just minutes from shopping, restaurants, and the beaches of Anna Maria Island. GT Bray Park, the hub of recreational activities in Manatee County, is just a mile away, easily accessed on foot or by bike through quiet neighborhood streets.
GT Bray's facilities include a fitness center, group exercise classes, an Olympic-sized pool, kiddie pool and splash pad, teen center, clay tennis courts, pickleball, and a gym to play basketball and volleyball. The local YMCA is also nearby, while the Manatee County Public Golf Course is a quick trip of just three miles.

Your home away from home has been remodeled for comfort and enjoyment! A small seating area greets you as you walk in the front door. This area is great for reading or conversation, and features a queen-sized sleeper sofa for extra guests. Just beyond is the dining area, which offers seating for six.

The two bedrooms are located to either side of this area, both with a king-size bed and smart TV awaiting your pleasure. The primary bedroom features an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower, while the other bathroom is just outside the second bedroom, offering easy access from the hallway. It features a combination tub/shower.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all the regular appliances for easy meal prep, along with a drinks fridge to keep your beverages at just the right temp!

A spacious living area with comfy sofa and loveseat is the perfect spot for relaxing and catching up with your latest binge-watching sensation on the large smart TV. You can pop in and out of the adjacent laundry room with barely a pause!

Of course, you'll want to spend much of your time enjoying the large patio and heated pool, complete with tiki lights and a bar. You'll also find a gas grill on the patio, ready to cook anything from the best hot dogs in the sun to a delicious ribs dinner.

Small dog owners will be delighted to discover the fully fenced-in back yard, a lovely spot for your canine companion to romp while you enjoy a day along the glorious beaches of Anna Maria Island, less than seven miles away. You'll love exploring the miles of sugar-white sand and sparkling waters, where recreational opportunities abound. Hop on the island's free trolley to explore it top to bottom, from the village of Anna Maria at the north, through the shops and restaurants of Holmes Beach in the middle of the island, and south to Bradenton Beach, where the smallest slip of land separates the Bay from the Gulf.

When you're back from the beach, you can slip your beach equipment and toys in the single car garage. While not available for parking your car, it makes a great place to store things between recreational jaunts.
