Detta väl inredda enfamiljshus ligger i ett lugnt område i West Bradenton. Bara några minuter till Floridas mest kända vita sandstränder på Anna Maria Island och en kort bilresa till den världsberömda Siesta Key Beach. Det är bara 2 miles till IMG Academy, 15 minuter till Sarasota flygplats. Nära till shopping, underhållning, restraurants, naturbevar, golfbanor och Lecom Park (tidigare McKechnie Field) eller Pittsburg Pirates träningsläger.

Den vackra anlagda hemmet erbjuder alla bekvämligheter du behöver för en solsträckt semester. Den stora privata inhägnade gården med gott om solstolar med utsikt över den orörda blå poolen omgiven av tropisk landskapsarkitektur. Den helt nya uppvärmda poolen har en stor grund och djup ände som ger dig timmar och timmar av roligt. Då när kvällen kommer fram kommer LED-poolljuset att omvandla ditt poolområde till ett bländande ljusprogram.

Detta hem är välutrustade med helt nya moderna inredning i strandtema och många underhållningsfaciliteter som gratis WIFI, Premium-kabel, Free Netflix och Free Pandora. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, smart TV och privat master badrum. Det andra sovrummet har en queen size-säng och tredje sovrummet har 2 tvillingar. Det mest populära gästrummet (Queen Sleeper) / TV-rum / businesscenter rum har en stor Smart TV.

Det rymliga moderna köket är vackert utformat med exklusiva armaturer och apparater, inklusive alla nya rostfria sida vid sida kylskåp med is och vatten dispenser, rostfri diskmaskin, rostfritt glas spis / konvektionsugn och rostfri mikrovågsugn med granit diskar. Det öppna konceptet kök med en bar område erbjuder mer sittplatser arrangemang.

Funktionabelt hus 15 minuter från stranden

Kanonhus men grannskapet kanske inte var det bästa, dock bra läge för stränder vid Anna Maria island!

A great place to stay! They allowed us early check in which was great so we had ample time to settle in and prepare for the week. We had decided to eat in more and this was the perfect place for that! We were able to grill and cook, and hang out in the pool in a spacious backyard!

We had an amazing time staying here while visiting family. Everything we need was already there, not even one small thing overlooked. The place was immaculate, the pool was clean and they even had everything we needed for my nephews 1 year old daughter. This will be our go to place whenever visiting family from now on. Let's start with Maggie. She is such a nice and accommodating person. We have a 1 year old and she went to Target and met us with wall covers just because I asked if she had them. I think we could be friends she is so awesome lol...The house was perfect. It was clean, it was comfortable. It felt nothing less than going on vacation at a family members home. I love it here! This will be the first place I look every time I come. Thank you so much for allowing my family to stay in your home.

Espectacular!! Maggie estuvo siempre dispuesta a solucionar cualquier consulta, todo lindo y funcional a 10 minutos de isla Anna Maria. Tiene todo lo que necesites! Sombrillas, sillas de playa, cooler, carrito para llevar cosas a la playa, infladores, chalecos, juegos, corral para bebé, silla de comer bebé. Toallas suficientes. BBQ. Maggie piensa en cada detalle me encantó su casa y su atención! Muy recomendado y cuando regrese a orlando me hospedare allí de nuevo! Gracias!!

Home Away From Home

Excellent getaway! It was like home away from home as Maggie has provided everything you need and more! Home and pool were clean and well kept, and there was plenty of room. Maggie is an excellent host. Very attentive and very responsive to messages. We will definitely stay at one of Maggie’s two Bradenton properties the next time.

Amazing time!

Maggie was just as awesome as the house! Any question or concern she was very fast to respond! Her home was perfect for the 8 of us!! The pool was great! We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed a wonderful family Thanksgiving vacation at Paradise Cove! The home is clean and lovely with comfortable spaces for relaxing and watching TV and plenty of seating for our family of five to enjoy meals together. The bedrooms were perfect with beds for everyone. Our host, Maggie, was kind to provide some toiletries as well as snacks and bottles of water to welcome us. The private pool and screened in porch give this property an A for both kid friendly fun and relaxing adult time. Read a book and enjoy your morning coffee on the lanai while your kids play in the pool. It is located in a quiet neighborhood near grocery stores and restaurants. The owner, Maggie, was amazing at coordinating our stay and communication. She gave us great advice about what to expect as this was post hurricane season and many areas were closed. It is only a short 15 minute drive to the beaches on Anna Maria Island. AMI beaches offer free public parking, restrooms, and picnic areas. The beaches have miles of beautiful sand, shells, and turquoise blue waters. We brought our picnic lunch everyday and always stayed until sunset which was magical! Coquina was our go to beach. There are many other things to do around the area. We were in town for a lacrosse tournament so our free time was limited. We ate at RJ Gators and the fried grouper was delicious. Continued prayers for all those who are struggling to restore their homes and businesses.

The property was very clean and neat. Beds comfortable. Nice kitchen. Maggie, our host was fantastic! The back yard was not dog friendly. The yard was mostly shell which was hard on her paws.

Perfect stay

This owner is very responsive and seems to truly care about the guests staying at her property. This was our second time staying at this property and it has worked out perfectly both times.
