Located in the Lee Wharf complex, it offers the perfect aspect for your next visit to Newcastle. The open plan layout is designed for relaxing entertaining opening out to a covered balcony perfect for alfresco dining while you and your guests take in the view and precinct below.

This location is a perfect spot to just walk downstairs grab a coffee and go for a stroll to enjoy all that Honeysuckle has to offer.

The large kitchen has stainless steel appliances including dishwasher and a generous island bench. The apartment features ducted air-conditioning, two modern bathrooms- ensuite features a bath as well as a shower. Security parking for two cars.
Both bedrooms offer built in wardrobes and ceiling fans. The main has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has a king bed which can split into 2 singles. There is also an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer.

The Honeysuckle precinct features some of Newcastle's most popular bars and restaurants right at your doorstep. You can take a walk or a ride all the way to Nobbys beach and break wall or jump on the light rail which is only 100m walk from the apartment connecting you to Civic Theatre, Newcastle Beach and lots of other fantastic restaurants.

Great location, view, and apartment.

Great location for this spacious, well supplied apartment. We, a family of three, were very comfortable there. The host was very responsive to our queries. Only suggestion we have is that 2 sets of keys & fob would have made it easier for us as we had different daily agendas & had to coordinate differing entry times to the apartment.

Very comfortable unit in a great position with views over the harbour and walking distance to Civic Theatre, Darby St restaurants and Honeysuckle Foreshore
