This adorable, beach cottage features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. A fully equipped kitchen/dining area and wraparound screened porch. A Little Salty Cottage is pet-friendly so bring your fur babies with you! In the mornings enjoy your complimentary sample of Mermaid Morning Bliss coffee; a special perk for all Mermaid Cottages guests, in that amazing screened porch!
NOTE: ALTHOUGH THE YARD IS NOT FULLY FENCED IN, A LITTLE SALTY NOW HAS A PRIVACY FENCE ACROSS THE BACKYARD.

Loved all the artwork inside and out and the screened porch was really pleasant for entertaining. No complaints whatsoever. We've rented other houses with Mermaid over the years and have always been happy with them. There were fresh flowers all over the house, which we really appreciated!

Fabulous little vintage cottage! Incredibly clean and love the porch and location. We received phone calls with information and to see how we were doing. Definitely would stay again and absolutely recommend!

Perfect Vintage Beach Cottage

I’ve been going to Tybee for over 50 years - have lost count of the number of lovely places I’ve stayed. Absolutely fell in LOVE with this little gem! Decor - perfect. Location - fantastic. Literally everything you can need for a home away from home! (Just re-booked for our 35th anniversary in December!) Can’t wait to go back! Thanks to the owner for sharing her lovely home!

Mother-Daughter getaway

My mom and I stayed in this cottage for a little weekend getaway. It was just what we needed! The property has a wonderful old charm about it, was immaculately clean, had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. It is literally a 2 block walk to the beach, is in a quiet neighborhood, and about a 30 minute drive into downtown Savannah. The property manager called us to make sure everything was perfect with our stay as well as called us a whole week beforehand to make sure we had all the info we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I brought our kitty along and we all enjoyed the screened porch, which is a "must" for us. The cottage was very comfortable and clean, and easy parking. We rented a golf cart for our entire stay and I highly recommend that. The management team (Tammy & Diane) were extremely helpful and available. We will choose to rent from Mermaid Cottages again!
