Dreamsicle Beach Cottage. Nära till stranden. Husdjur. WIFI.

Den öppna planlösningen och massor av fönster gör köket / vardagsrummet i Dreamsicle Beach Cottage till en väldigt tilltalande plats att samla på eller att tyst titta på de fantastiska solnedgångar vi så ofta får. Alla 3 sovrummen är stora (tillräckligt stora för en luftmadrass, om så önskas). Förutom duschen i huvudbadrummet är två varma duschar utomhus i slutna duschrum. Ett sovrum med 5 fönster vetter mot den lugna trädgården. Denna bakgård med sina skugga träd och palmer är en underbar plats att samlas eller bara läsa en bok. Ät frukost utomhus på det skuggiga däcket vid bordet i 6. Grill på kvällen. Sitt i verandegången som är hängd från en gammal levande ek och prata med en vän som ligger i en hängmatta som är strängd mellan två palmer. Bakgården är helt omsluten av en kombination av staket stängsel och integritet staket.

Dreamsicle är bara två mycket korta kvarter från stranden. Promenera till stranden på en smutsfält längs en bäck med cattails och minnows. Vi är i ett lugnt bostadsområde (ingen genomgående trafik) men inom 3 kvarter av restauranger och shopping --- 6 restauranger, 2 klädbutiker, surfbutik, apotek, närbutik, spritbutik, bankomat och postkontor.

Great cottage

We really enjoyed this house. Everything was within walking distance. The beach was just a quick walk from the house ! I would definitely recommend staying here!

Rugby Tournament

We stayed at the cottage in order to watch a rugby tournament. The cottage is well appointed the backyard is amazing as we had a dog with us! It is so close to the beach. I would love to come back for a week!

Perfect little getaway

Tybee Island

The property is located approximately 2 miles from the pier area, so we got in some exercise before and after The Polar Plunge! The dogs enjoyed having a fenced backyard to scurry around. The master bedroom was roomy and comfortable, and the electric fireplace was a delight. We cooked a couple of meals and found the kitchen adequately stocked. Wished we had brought our bikes - there’s a great bike route around the island.

Lovely beach house

This is a really nice beach house. Only two blocks from the beach. The house is located in a nice area and close to walking distance to restaurant and market. Very spacious house and the backyard with my favorite. The whole backyard is covered with trees so it's super shaded and with a beautiful deck. It was really nice to hang out there with my two dogs.

Great little place on the North end

We came for a concert at the Post Theatre which sadly was cancelled the day of. The Dreamsicle is literally across the street from the back of the theatre, so it was a great location for us. Little did we know how much snow Savannah/Tybee got! The house was cozy warm when we arrived and the owner had shoveled off the back deck and furniture for us which was really nice. The house is spotless. For an older home it’s been well cared for and is very comfortable. It’s well stocked with anything you need. The location is within a very short walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We thank the owners for sharing this cute place and hope to return another day. Highly recommend!

Just what we needed

Overnight Trip

The property was perfect for what we needed. Was simply traveling through with 3 dogs and the property met our needs. If traveling to Tybee Island for a longer trip would definitely inquire on this property as close proximity to beach and other stuff in Tybee! Owners were wonderful!

Birthday bash

Our first vist to tybee was great. Perfect location. Backyard gave a place to hangout . Outdoor showers were the best. Since our group was 40 and up we had problems with the low toilets and climbing up to bunk beds. All said a good time was had and yes I would stay there again

Fantastic House

Savannah getaway
