Big Bear custom luxury home in the NEW Pine Meadow development. Mountain contemporary style with stunning architectural details. Features vaulted ceilings, light and bright interior, gourmet kitchen, high-end flooring and fixtures, central heat, oversized garage, and separate laundry room. This custom upscale home was designed for the ultimate Big Bear Getaway! Centrally located, within walking distance to the Lake, Village, National Forest hiking trails, shops, and dining. Just a short 8-minute drive to the slopes.
LIVING SPACE - Spacious 3,200+ sq ft home with living room, smart TV, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, modern style gas fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath. Upstairs first master suite has a king bed and private bath. Upstairs second master bedroom has a queen bed and private bath. Downstairs third bedroom has a queen bed and a shared Jack and Jill bathroom with the fourth bedroom. Downstairs fourth bedroom has a queen/queen bunkbed and shared Jack and Jill bathroom with the third bedroom. Game room has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, six burner stove, oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.
AMENITIES - Game room with shuffleboard and ping pong table! Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy gas fireplace. Laundry room with side-by-side washer/dryer.
OUTDOORS - Deck with gas barbecue, patio furniture, and a gas fire pit.
