- If guests bring their own pickleball equipment, they must pay a $5 fee to access the community pickleball courts. If guests do not bring pickleball equipment, they must pay a $10 fee to rent the equipment and access the community pickleball courts
- The community golf course is available for an additional fee paid for upon arrival. The golf course also requires a designated tee time
- Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive may be necessary in the winter months to access the property
