Introducing Villa Sydney, our 2 Bedroom private pool villa based off Jalan Drupadi in Seminyak!
This villa is a short walk from the famous Seminyak 66 Beach, JL Drupadi, JL Camplung, Jl Kayu Aya (Eat street) plus a host of Bali's most popular restaurants, night spots & retail outlets all within walking distance.
The space:
Located in the heart of Seminyak this brand new 2 bedroom villa is just walking distance to some of Seminyak's most popular tourist areas, whilst quietly tucked away from the busy hustle & bustle of Bali.
Pretty much anything you need is walking distance or a short cab ride from the villa.
The villa consists of 2 large air conditioned bedrooms each with Cable TV, Wifi, private bathroom and extremely comfortable hotel style bedding.
The living & dining area also has air conditioning, along with Cable TV, Bluetooth Sound system, dining table for 4 people along with a fully equipped kitchen.
The private pool is equipped with 2 sunbeds to sunbake along with many hours of uninhibited sunlight making it perfect for a relaxing afternoon.
Guest access:
There is fast WiFi access throughout the villa and Cable TV Channels for guests.
Fresh linen, bath towels, beach/pool towels and soap all provided.
A fully equipped kitchen and amenities with gas stove, fridge, freezer, rice cooker, toaster, hot water, mineral water dispenser, and ample cookware, tableware, and cutlery.
This villa comes with free drinking water for guests.
This villa also includes cleaning every 2nd day, if you do not wish for the villa to be cleaned more or less often please notify us.
The villa is fully secure with safety boxes for personal items and 24 hour CCTV.

If this villa is booked during the time you are requesting, or you are wanting to book additional villas close by, please check out our other 2 & 3 bedroom villas which are also viewable online.

Check out time: Before 11am
Please note: As we are generally fully booked, we are unable to provide early check in or late check out.
Breakfast delivery is available at the villa (Go Jek and Grab Food are easy cheap options)
FREE Airport pick up is included for all guests staying 3 days or longer.
For guest staying less than 3 days, a private driver can be arranged for your airport transfers for 250k IDR each way (Approx $25 Aud)
Baby cot and high chair are available upon request, FREE OF CHARGE.
Laundry service can be arranged.
Massages can be arranged at the villa.
Bike rental is also available at the villa, price depending on availability.
Seminyak beach is only 1km walk from the villa.

Price listed is for up to 4 guests.
Extra bedding can be provided for an additional 2 guests (6 total)
Additional guests will be charged $20 USD Per Person / Per Night
