You have the luxury of 4 bedrooms. The Main Bedroom Suite has a King and 3 Queen rooms all fitted with luxury bed linen and furnishings.
The main bedroom suite has a walk in robe and large ensuite with a bath, it's own massive flat screen TV - perfect if travelling with other couples and wanting your own time together and privacy.
The main bathroom also has a bath for all the family to enjoy.
The large open plan living area has beautiful features, high architectural ceilings, large sliding doors opening to the sunny decks, large kitchen fully equipped with everything you will need for short or long term stays, the large living area has an electric gas fire look heater for a beautiful ambiance with a large flat screen TV above.
The dining has an extra seating area so there is space to for families to enjoy some quiet reading in the sun or children to play their board games, we have many board games provided for families.
We have large decks on the front, side and back of the house where you will always find a sunny spot to relax. The fully enclosed - large backyard is superb for families to have some summer fun. You can enjoy a family BBQ on the sunny back deck in the evening with the whole family.
The house is great for families travelling, couples travelling but would like space to spread out.

Launceston's attractions are a 20 min drive away.
Greens Beach is a 30 minute drive away.
You are also on the doorstep to Gravelly Beach where there is a large family park on the waterfront with a BBQ area.
Take the drive around Rosevears or if keen enjoy the walk, it is an amazing tranquil waterfront, along here you will find the Rosevears Tavern, another great spot for a waterfront meal or quiet drink.
