Entering from the top floor, you'll find a spacious air-conditioned living area featuring a 65-inch smart TV and an open-plan kitchen that flows seamlessly onto the outdoor entertaining deck. The deck includes a dining table, barbecue, and a cosy corner lounge, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or an alfresco meal. This level also has two well-appointed bedrooms, each with king-size beds, built-in wardrobes, and ceiling fans, as well as a main bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet.
The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, making meal preparation a breeze, while the open-plan design ensures a relaxed, connected atmosphere for guests.
Downstairs, you'll find a queen-size bed in an open-plan layout with a comfortable lounge, a large smart TV, and access to the outdoor area. This level also includes a second bathroom with a shower and toilet, along with a laundry area featuring a washing machine.
