Located beside a pond with private access/pathway to it with the lot backing onto heavily wooded forestry and an exceptional amount of outdoor space, with only one neighbour on one side separated by trees and a fence.
This beautiful bungalow boasts two driveways to the house. One paved and one not.
Oversized refrigerator, stove, microwave, washer and dryer.
This cozy bungalow boasts a wide porch where you can sit in the morning enjoying your cafe, or sipping on your cocktail in the afternoon or just watching and gazing at the beautiful sunset overlooking the pond. Porch also comes with swing where you can sway and relax and breath in the salt water air.
Heat your home using the mini split, wood burning stove or radiator. Cool off in the hot summers using the mini split A/C. Mini split provides both heat and A/C.
