The Space:
Shelly Estate offers the rare luxury of two distinct, thoughtfully designed dwellings in one spectacular location. Timber flooring, large windows, and curated furnishings give the interiors a relaxed elegance that mirrors the natural beauty outside. At the centre of the home, a contemporary kitchen with island bench overlooks the sleek lap pool and flows into an indoor-outdoor dining space—ideal for sunset dinners or long holiday lunches. A second lounge offers a quieter space to unwind, complete with a smart TV and upright piano.

The main house is spread across two stories and features four beautifully appointed bedrooms. Bathrooms are modern and elegant, with the ensuite boasting a walk-in shower and dual vanity, while the main bathroom includes a deep bathtub for leisurely soaks. A separate powder room adds extra convenience.
- Primary Bedroom: King bed, ensuite, floor-to-ceiling windows with Shelly Beach views, and private patio.
- Bedrooms 2 and 3: King bed, elegantly furnished.
- Bedroom 4: Three single beds, perfect for children or additional guests.

A short stroll across the garden reveals the two-storey studio: a compact, self-contained escape with its own living, dining, and kitchen area upstairs, and a cosy queen bedroom, ensuite, TV lounge, and a library nook with books and board games below. Coastal tones, natural light, and thoughtful finishes continue throughout, creating a harmonious extension of the main home. Every corner is designed to invite relaxation, connection, and a true sense of escape by the sea for extended family or as a romantic retreat.

Additional luxuries include garage parking, full laundry facilities, and family amenities like a travel cot and high chair available upon request.

Guest Access:
You'll have full access to the main house and the private studio. We also provide a fully stocked kitchen, Wi-Fi, linens, and towels. The outdoor space is for your enjoyment, and we encourage you to relax and make yourself at home!

The Neighborhood:
Located on the foreshore of Shelly Beach, the studio is just steps away from the sand. The closest patrolled beach is Kings and Dicky Beach which are both a short drive away. The home is located within walking distance to Moffat Beach where there is an abundance of cafes, restaurants and shops. There is also a hospital, shopping centre, library, cinema, boat ramp and skateparks all within close proximity. Shelly Beach is perfectly positioned with access to local parks and playgrounds, plus kilometres of walking and cycling tracks.

Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that service this area frequently should you need it, the home is approximately a 8-minute walk to Edmund Street (corner of Russell St) where bus services are available and operate to Maroochydore (northbound) and Caloundra Station (southbound).

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a bond form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form in full.

*We use hotel quality linen via a professional linen service that adheres to the highest levels of Australian chemical & heat sanitisation standards.
