Escape to a luxurious and spacious retreat just three blocks from the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island! Nautical Tides is our gorgeous 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom home is perfect for large families or groups, offering ample space and high-end amenities for a memorable getaway.

Four of the bedrooms are on the third floor and include a king bedroom with ensuite bathroom and private balcony, a room with 2 sets of twin over twin bunk beds which shares a Jack 'n Jill bathroom with a king bedroom. The final bedroom on this floor also features a king bed. The main living area on the second floor features a king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with balcony access and a bedroom with two sets of twin over twin bunkbeds and a twin trundle bed. Each bedroom features a TV and crisp linens from our professional linen service. Towels are also provided.

Relax and unwind in the private heated pool and hot tub, complete with Adirondack lounge chairs for ultimate comfort. Enjoy outdoor entertaining with a poolside covered bar area featuring a TV and patio dining for 8. A gas grill and putting green make it easy to enjoy the outdoors, while a rooftop deck with seating offers a perfect place to soak in the island views.

With a washer & dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi, you'll feel right at home. Beach towels, chairs, and a wagon are also provided for your convenience.

Nautical Tides is a dog friendly home! If you have added a pet to your reservation under the number of pets, the fee of $150 per dog plus tax has been added to your reservation total. Please note, there is a 2 dog limit.

Family Spring Break

The property is fantastic! Great size and incredible rooftop deck for sunsets. Fits 9 with kids comfortably with multiple bunk beds and game room. Easy walk to beaches and pier for excursions or restaurants, bars & shopping.

Nice house

House was amazing. Being next to the marina was a challenge a few times, due to noise and water coming into the back yard from pressure washing boats. But…. So close to everything. If you spend most of your days out, this is a great house.

Perfect location and views all around.

Solid property, close to both sides of the island, shops, restaurants, beach. Great backyard with pool and spa. Had plenty of beach stuff to use. Check in at 4 was not as flexible as led to believe and check out at 10 was tuff.

"We were looking for a place near Bradenton where my granddaughter's young family recently moved, big enough to accommodate them and my family of 6. We found this wonderful location on Anna Maria Island - a well-constructed, spacious home with 6 beds, 6 baths, and a pool within walking distance to everything we needed. The beaches, restaurants, and shopping were all conveniently close. We enjoyed spectacular views and fully functional appliances, plus every room had a working TV. Whether we wanted to be together or spend time apart in small groups, there were plenty of options. We could walk to the beach, lounge by the pool, or relax in the spa. Everyone from 7 months to 70 years old was thrilled with this wonderful location. We hope this helps you make a decision. Perfect house for a group of friends

There was six of us who stayed here. And it was perfect. We had a lot of room, and we enjoyed the location, next to all the little shops and restaurants. The backyard and rooftop, were nice for us to have a place to sit outside and enjoy. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay here. House was awesome. Just as advertised. Nice pool and hot tub. Beds were great and location was perfect. So much to do if you wanted. Highly recommend.

50th Party

We celebrated my Husband's 50th Birthday party for the weekend. The house is amazing with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and fun places to hang out. It had an arcade game that we used to play as kids (frogger, Pac man, donkey Kong), so that was super fun as a 50th party! It was so close to the beaches, bars and restaurants. We had the best time!

Tate family weekend

The location was the best part, Walking distance to beach but also golf cart shuttles in area to take us and handicapped family member to shops and restaurants. We did not have to use our personal cars at all

Great Place!

This is one of the nicer rental properties I have stayed at. Everything was very clean and had enough space for everyone! We especially enjoyed the outdoor spaces with such nice weather. With views of the ocean walking distance to all the stores and restaurants we would be hard pressed to stay anywhere else!

Excellent location

We had a fantastic stay on the island, easy access to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The house had great amenities for a large group, more than enough plates, glasses, silverware, towels. Kitchen was reasonably equipped with pots/pans, otherwise there were no leftover spices or oils to use so be prepared to bring or buy-same for dish/dishwasher soap, detergent, trash bags. There is an additional refrigerator/freezer in the garage which was helpful. The outdoor shower was also great for rinsing off! Beds were squeaky, this was annoying but not a reason to avoid. Definitely recommend and would stay again!

Great house in a perfect location in walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

We all had a very positive experience partly due to the wonderful house and all it’s amenities as well as it’s convenient location to restaurants, shops and beaches. Would definitely come back in the future.

Good house but not our favorite

We were so excited to stay here, but we definitely felt that the photos of the house looked much better online than they did in person. The pool is much much smaller than we expected, so for our group of 7 adults and 4 kids that made it tough for all of us to enjoy at the same time. The pool gets hardly any sun so that was a bummer too. The entertaining area and kitchen are great and equipped with everything you’ll need for your stay. The pool light wasn’t working and maintenance came and fixed that about 4 days into our stay. We were doing laundry and noticed the washer was filled with mold. They sent a cleaning crew the following day to clean it, but they didn’t clean it well and there was still a lot of old in the washer. Not something I want passing through my clothes and my kids clothes. Location is awesome and you can get to a lot of places, restaurants and shops in a few minutes. The rooftop deck is amazing, but had several boards that are sticking about 2 inches up, and someone tripped on them. Lots of little things that should easily be fixed around the house, but surprised they weren’t already fixed. The house could’ve been cleaned better. But overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the house, but I think we will pass on this in the future.

Great Location and Great House

We loved the house and the location. Short walk to the beach and downtown area. Perfect little town to give our 13-year-olds some space and independence. The only set back was the pool/hot tub. It was very small and the heater never worked. I contacted property management several times and no one came to fix it or follow up. It was Thanksgiving week, so that could have been the issue, but I started contacting them on Sunday prior to Thanksgiving and still nothing. We didn't use the pool or hot tub at all and having a pool was one of our requirements when selecting the vacation home. The good new was, that we were so close to the beach that we didn't need the pool and the weather was perfect, thankfully. Prior to the pool incident and our arrival, the property management company was very responsive to all of our questions. All in all, great house, great location, great beach town...but if a pool is important to you, I'd skip this one.

Great Property is Good Condition

Stay was great. Layout was perfect for our family. Kids loved the pool/hit tub combo. The roof top deck was great. Kitchen was well stocked. Easy walk to the beach and the location does not have a lot of public parking so the beach in this area is not very crowded. Overall great stay and great management.

Enjoyed the house and all amenities. Close to everything and took advantage of the Marina.

Overall very satisfied with the property, house, pool, location and amenities. The issue we did have was that the top floor AC was not working properly. We called the first 3 days and they stated they would adjust the thermostat remotely, but nothing changed. The temp was over 80 degrees and wouldn’t get below 78 until after 2am even with box fans trying to bring cold air up from the lower levels. That AC quit completely after the 3rd day and we called again. We did get it running ourselves by removing excess water from the drip pan and lowering the float switch. They finally sent an AC company the last full day and he fixed it completely. The last night was fine.

Great vacay with a few hiccups

We loved the location of this beach house and the pictures were accurate. The bed linens, paint colors and decorations were really nice. The kids loved the pool but it got pretty dirty towards the end of the week. The pool guy didn't come until Friday (a day before we left) We liked the layout of the house and found it pretty quiet even with lots of young kids and babies. A couple of things weren't great - there was a broken floor tile in the ensuite bathroom on the main level that was dangerous as it was right in front of the shower; several stones were loose around the pool and a few people had their skin pinched and bruised; the floors were swept but not clean - we noticed this when we wiped up drips with lysol wipes and they were black! There were no blankets provided for any of the rooms/beds. This meant that some of us were cold the first few nights and that one of the grandkids couldn't sleep on the trundle bed until the 3rd night when they were finally delivered. We would stay in the area again but probably not at this property.
