This newer town home is only a short walk to the beach and the famous Ocean City Maryland boardwalk! This townhouse features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and sleeps 11. The main bedroom offers a king bed and private bath, the second bedroom has a queen bed, the third offers a bunk bed with a twin over a full and the fourth offers a queen size bed with private full bath. Amenities include central AC, washer/dryer, dishwasher, stainless appliances and Corian counter tops in the kitchen, hardwood and ceramic tile floors, TV in 4 bedrooms plus a TV in the living room. Relax on one of the 2 private balconies. There is one assigned parking spot directly out front and a large garage for a second car with plenty of room for bicycles or beach items. Less than a 5 minute drive to the Ocean City shopping outlets, You're close to beach, food and fun!

I gave Joe and his property five stars. Unfortunately, we ended up not even coming into town due to the Nor Easter that is in town. Joe was easy to communicate with and took the initiative to reach out to me and help us get some of our money back…he didn’t have to do that, but he did! Greatly appreciated. Next time we come into OCMD, we hope to book with Joe again.

This is a comfortable home in a fantastic location near everything the Boardwalk has to offer. Everything was as described and the landlord was responsive. Great Stay!

My family and I stayed on this property a few weeks ago and it was perfect! House was very clean and is in a great location. Easy communication with the property owner. We are planning to return next year!

exactly what we needed

Great location a few blocks off of boardwalk. Was exactly what we needed for a long weekend stay for three couples. Owner was incredibly quick to provide house instructions on day of check-in as well as answer questions throughout the weekend.

Great Vacation Stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Joe was great to work with and everything was as described! It is close proximity to the beach/boardwalk and met all our needs. Easy check-in and check-out process. Parking was convenient

Great Friends Weekend

We enjoyed our stay and Joe was extremely helpful. The location was perfect to access local restaurants and about a mile walk from the inlet parking area where we spent most of our time. The open floor plan on the living room area was perfect for our large group to relax and fellowship together for meals.

Family and Fun

Our growing family was able to have a couple of togetherness days at the beach. The townhouse was roomy and spacious and had enough room for all. Perfect location! It was nice to walk to the beach and boardwalk without worrying about piling in the car and finding parking spaces. The lodging was well represented in the photos. Very nice place.
