Bella Mar är ett rymligt radhus på tre våningar med privat parkering nedanför och fem balkonger som du kan njuta av utsikt över både havet och bukten! Platsen är mindre än en block promenad med direkt tillgång till stranden. Mittläge är perfekt för att njuta av alla lokala restauranger, butiker och aktiviteter. Ange enheten till en halva plan foajé med trappor till första våningen. Den första våningen har två sovrum och ett delat badrum ligger mellan de två sovrummen. Det finns också en tvättskåp på första våningen. Den andra våningen har ett rymligt vardagsrum med ny platt-TV, en öppen spis, en stor bäddsoffa, matplats och modernt kök med toppar av granit. Hela golvet är helt färdig med trälaminatgolv. Den tredje våningen har två sovrum, alla med eget badrum. Icke-rökare. Inga husdjur, snälla.

We had a very nice stay in Bella Mar C this year. We really loved the kitchen, it had great counter space, water and ice to refill water bottles, and all the cookware we needed. The washer and dryer came in very handy during our stay too and worked perfectly. We had a view of both the bay and the ocean and an easy walk to the beach. The sunsets were beautiful and there were fireworks visible from the balcony a couple nights. It’s right there on the middle of OCMD so anything to eat, drink, play was all close by. Our host David, was fantastic. Quick to respond and was able to help accommodate a difficult situation for us.

AMAZING STAY

We had an amazing stay at this house! Everything was as pictured. Air Conditioner and all appliances in very good shape. Will stay here again without a doubt.

Perfect Stay

Even with the hurricane coming through, we made the best of the one day we had there. Great location and loved all of the decks and size of the home! We will be bookmarking this house for a future stay!

Perfect place for 11 guests

We had an amazing girls weekend in Ocean City and stayed at a gorgeous town house. Perfect size for 11 guests and was very updated, clean, welcoming and just perfect in every way! Loved the huge shower and their was soooo much room. 2 min walk to the beach and right near the strip for local shopping and eating. We would definitely stay there again

Easy Stay

Stayed here for St. Pattys day in OC. Owner was quick to respond and easy to work with. The house met all needs and expectations. Nice location on the main drag and just a parking lot to the beach. Comfortable accommodations for a reasonable price. Definitely recommend.

Short walk to beach

Property located block away from beach on a pretty traffic free side street. Some complain about coastal highway road noise but we didn’t find it an issue at all. Unit is three levels which mean a lot of steps so keep that in mind if that’s an issue for anyone. Property was clean with plenty of items to have a great time. Look forward to returning next year!

Awesome OC Bike week

This was our 4th year renting this unit. We absolutely love this property! You can stand on one of the five balcony’s & see the bay & the ocean. It has a well equipped kitchen & plenty of stuff for the beach. Would highly recommend this property to others.

Very nice unit!

Easy walk to the beach

Easy check in, staff friendly. A few things needed fixed and this went smoothly. Only thing I could change is the noise of the traffic.

Ocean City 2023

The house has a great layout with 2 bedrooms downstairs with a shared bath, the living area on the 2nd floor, and two bedrooms with private bathrooms on the 3rd floor. The "early to bed' folks can stay on the top floor and not be bothered by the "late night folks" staying on the first floor. Easy walk to the beach. Owner provides plenty of beach chairs, toys, etc. But if you want to ride the provided bikes, you need to get air in the tires. Kitchen has plenty of plates, glasses, etc. Appliances in good shape -frig has good icemaker. Smart TV is great in the living area. Well furnished.

Ocean City Getaway

This was an excellent property for a family group, offering both privacy and a chance to be together. (lots of stairs if you're carrying stuff all the way up) :) There was plenty of room, the balconies were very nice to have, and parking underneath the building was a plus. The place was nicely decorated and equipped. There was an issue with the dishwasher and washer, and the owner was very responsive, and had a repairman out that same day. The repairman didn't initially fix the problems, but came back and determined parts were needed. Overall, we very much appreciated the communication with the owner.

Family Reunion

Overall it was a great location. Very close to the beach. The layout of the house was nice for people to spread out and do their own thing. The house did have alot of items that would have been good to know so we didn’t have to bring them.

2022 OC Bikeweek

Rented this property a couple of times. This time we did notice some wear & tear on the property & with some of the appliances. The dishwasher was not working properly, bathroom door didn’t lock, coffee pot was extremely slow. We also had a key instead of the key pad for front door this year. This made it inconvenient only having 2 keys with 4 couples staying there.
