Superbly located in a quiet court close to Livingstone Primary, Vermont South Shopping Centre, Emmaus College, Forest Hill Chase and Hoyts Cinema, with bus connections to Box Hill, The Glen and Monash University, and the tram to Deakin University and the city - it's easy to see why this district is so revered.

The single level layout is surprisingly spacious with 2 separate living areas and two renovated bathrooms appointed with luxury rainfall shower stations, shaving cabinet mirrors and that classic Italian elegance of Calacatta inspired tiling.
A grand central kitchen offers enough space for family meals and comes equipped with new Fotile appliances including a wok burner gas cooktop, powerful rangehood, and steamer for healthy cooking.
