Designed for flexible living, this home stays refreshingly cool in summer and warmly inviting in winter. Unwind on hammocks beneath charming pergolas, work at a bright desk in a well-appointed room, and reinvigorate in your private gym. Savor alfresco dining on lush, expansive lawns, or dreamily stargaze for an unforgettable getaway.
Need more space?: The property is shared with our separate eco studio (also available for rent), both dwellings have their own private gardens and entrances and are functionally separated, with about 30m between the two.

Yapeen is a quiet and friendly neighbourhood, secluded from the highway by some bends and rolling hills. There are a few dozen houses on larger sized blocks, with community made up of long term residents, among a wave of recent arrivals who have newly built houses and young families. There are rolling paddocks surrounding this small hamlet, mainly used for small herds of cows.
You will find people walking around the township, bike riding, but the main mode of transport into town is by car. There are services in town (Taxi/Uber-style setups) that can get you where you need to go as well.
