We had a wonderful stay! The house was cute, clean, and comfortable, with a quick and easy walk to the beach. We especially loved having access to the beach wagon and chairs, which made beach days so much easier. There were plenty of activities at the house to keep everyone entertained, and the kids loved the bunk rooms. The beds were comfortable, and having two living rooms gave everyone plenty of space to gather and relax. We also appreciated the spacious kitchen and dining area with plenty of seating. Our host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great trip. Each level felt cool and comfortable throughout the home. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive throughout our stay. We accidentally locked ourselves out of the house (completely our fault), and the hosts were quick to respond and immediately came up with a solution to get us access again. We truly appreciated how helpful and accommodating they were during our stay.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

climate control was dramatically different on each level...lowest floor was freezing, middle floor was ok, upper floor was hot. Left note in refrigerator of minor items needing to be fixed for next guest .

Family gathering

Very nice inside accommodations. Roomy, equipped, clean, and fun. Social coffee on the front deck started our mornings (some updated cushions needed). Enjoyed the game rooms and nightly games, family meals, smores at the fire pit, and close proximity to beach and park.

Jen, So glad you enjoyed your stay! I'm so sorry the cushions for the balcony were left on the sectional. I have no idea how that slipped through the cracks- but suffice it to say, not to our standard! We have addressed this! We hope you'll come bak! Margaret

Fantastic location-the walk to the beach was easy. The beach there is absolutely lovely. Fine, soft sand, cool water, and always a breeze off the lake. The house is beautiful, though we did find that walls and floors were a bit thin and let through a lot of noise. LOTS of space for a large group. It was nice to have two big living spaces so we could spread out. The kitchen was easy to cook in and have several people working at the same time. We did find that there wasn't any storage space to put non-cold food, so everything had to live on the counter for the week.We had a couple of issues with the space that were never addressed. The beautiful master bathtub was unusable because the stopper was broken and we got no response to the issue. The littles and the ladies were disappointed since we'd brought products specifically to enjoy lovely baths. We also had the air conditioner stop working properly on the upper floor for the last half of our trip. We also received no response to that issue.

Lovely stay with short walk to Lake Michigan

This house was the perfect location to meet up with Grandma and Grandpa while we were traveling with our 3 kids and dogs. The house had plenty of space and was just a short distance from a walking path for our dogs, as well as a short walk to the beach. We were able to visit Indiana Dunes National Park easily and were only a short drive to the train station that took us into Chicago. Great location. Lots of wild life to view in the neighborhood.
