Halls Head is approximately 78 km south of Perth. The drive typically takes around 54 minutes, making it a convenient destination for a day trip or weekend getaway.

You can access all parts of the house however, the boat is not for guest use.

The spacious kitchen is centrally located to overlook the living and dining areas and out to the waters of the canal. With three living areas, as well as three different outdoor entertainment areas, there is plenty of space for everyone.

Downstairs at the jetty level there is the 3rd separate living and entertainment space with lounge, bar, fridge, pool table and large TV, perfect for watching sport. The large fifth bedroom is also located off this living area, with a queen bed and single bunk. Please note this area is separated from the main floor so does not have its own toilet/bathroom and requires external access to get into the main residence.

With this exceptional layout the home can easily cater for 3 families, each with ample space.

The property has a 2-car garage and space for up to 3 extra cars on the driveway, plus street parking.

Train Services: Mandurah Station is just a short drive or bus ride away. From here, you can take the Mandurah Line to Perth in approximately 50 minutes, making day trips to the city easy and hassle-free.
Taxi Services: Local taxi services operate throughout Mandurah and Halls Head. They provide reliable transport for quick trips around the area or transfers to and from Mandurah Station.
Rideshare (Uber): Uber is widely available in Halls Head, offering a convenient, on-demand transport option for both short and longer trips.

Waiver: Use of all complimentary equipment is at your own risk. By using these items, you agree that Special Stays is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred.

Guest Access & Safety:
• Full access to the property is provided (garage excluded).
• The jetty is not fenced, nor is there a fixed safety gate on the top level (this is not a legal requirement for open waterways). An optional baby gate is available for the top staircase upon request.
• Use of any boats moored at the property is not included. Please do not enter. Please contact us if you wish to bring your own.

Important Things to Know Before You Book:
Travel Insurance Recommended: We strongly advise securing travel insurance for unexpected changes.
Guest Verification & Security:
- Complete a quick, third-party verification (Truvi) before arrival.
- A government-issued ID (front & back) for the lead guest is required.
- A security deposit and a signed rental agreement are necessary.
- Early check-in requests require 24 hours’ notice (fees apply).
NDIS-Friendly Stay: We support guests with accessibility needs and can assist with carer arrangements—just ask!

House Rules & Additional Charges:
- No parties or events (quiet hours: 9 PM – 7 AM).
- Group stays must be pre-approved.
- Last-minute bookings (within 3 days) may require a selfie with your credit card as an extra security measure.
- Public Holiday Surcharge: A 50% cleaning fee surcharge applies if checking out on a public holiday.
- Additional bedding without approval incurs a $65 per night charge per item.

Maintenance & Repairs:
Report any issues promptly and we’ll address them as soon as possible. Please note, refunds or discounts will not be offered for minor inconveniences or external disturbances beyond our control.
