The dolphins, swans and wildlife frolic in your backyard whilst you enjoy a paddle down the canal on the kayaks provided or just relax and enjoy the expansive views from the balconies or the living areas.

Ladies weekend away

This spacious property is perfectly located on the water's edge with fabulous views & secure parking for 5 cars. The area is quiet & peaceful, perfect for a relaxing escape . The house is extremely well presented, impeccably clean & has numerous added extra touches -for example bathroom products, kitchen condiments & appliances, beach towels, huge selection of glasses & crockery, welcome bottle of wine & chocolates - great attention to detail by the very obliging host ,Laura. Excellent Canal Stay Property

First of all our host Laura was excellent. She was very informative, friendly and prompt in her responses. The property was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Would recommend to anyone wanting a canal home stay experience.

Amazing

We were blown away by this property as soon as we stepped through the door. It was the perfect place for our group of 10. We loved kayaking and crabbing from the jetty, playing table tennis, darts, pool & foosball and enjoying the sunsets from the verandah and balcony overlooking the water. The place is very well equipped with pretty much everything you'd need in a holiday home. We accidentally caused some minor damage to the property during our stay, and Laura was super helpful and understanding about it, which really topped everything off. Highly recommend it and we'll definitely be dtaying again.

Weekend of relaxation

Loved our stay at Holiday Manor. Everything was excellent. We couldn’t fault anything. Laura was fabulous to deal with. We will definitely go back.

Great family house to share

The location was fantastic. All amenities in the house were superb, catering for all age groups. The family had lots of fun playing pool, foos ball, paddling the kayaks, playing games and watching TV x 2. It was lovely to find the basics like cling wrap, foil, baking paper and lots of condiments as well. It is a beautiful house throughout however we found the walls a bit thin and a little noisy when the children were running around. But this is similar to home when we all get together. Laura had a special treat for my husband who was celebrating his 80th birthday. Thanks heaps for a fun filled gorgeous weekend. Xx

Golf Trip

Great house - very clean with plenty of amenities. Very hard to find a house with 8 separate beds - so was perfect for our annual golf trip. Loved the crab nets - shame we didn't have anyone capable of catching any... Definitely be back.

Extra special

I organised for family and friends to stay the weekend and celebrate my Mum's 80th birthday. Booking was a little messy but after that, it was seamless and effortless. Laura made us feel extra special by setting up a happy birthday balloon message and a bottle of wine and Mums favourite chocolates - it made her feel extra special which was the order of the weekend. I am so grateful to you Laura as it set the weekend off to a wonderful start that just got better. The house was stunning with beautiful views and well equipped with everything (except egg cups - for those who love boiled eggs). I couldn't fault the house or its contents and cleanliness. To prepare others though there was no instant coffee (seems to be important to some) and there was next to no hot chocolate but we just went to the shops which was just down the road. If I lived there, I would move the dining table as it was our main gathering place and it was contested when you have 10 people moving in and out of the dining area. I only mean this as constructive feedback, as it was truly a delightful weekend and we felt very special staying in this very special house. Thankyou Laura!!!

Awesome Holiday

This is a great stay! You don’t need to leave the house. Laura the host was lovely and welcoming and responding quickly to any queries throughout the booking process. The house has everything you need and we enjoyed family games, kayaking with dolphins and fishing and crabbing off the jetty. Such a great holiday location and we will definitely be looking at booking again next year!

Splendid property, best holiday house ever. No regrets!

Very well furnished, classy and spacious property in a good location not far away from the mall and all you need to find in Mandurah. The property has enough rooms for 10 of us, with plenty of space and entertainment for the kids and teenagers. The dolphins came twice during our stay, we were very lucky to see a visiting huge stingray as well. The kitchen is very well equipped as well with a large fridge. The air conditioning/heating is also well maintained and adequate. The host is very nice to work with. She also provided capsules for the coffee machine and a very nice surprise for the kids. We stayed for 7 nights. Have stayed in more than 10 holiday houses in Australia. This one was the best so far. It was money well spent.
