The cottage also offers a bathroom, kitchenette and living area with a 43" TV with access to Disney, Stan and Stan Sport. Another covered entertainment area overlooks the expansive gardens. The laundry is also located in the cottage complete with washing and dryer combination machine. There is provision under the main house for 2 carports with loads of room in the yard for off-street parking for multiple vehicles and boats. The yard is fully fenced & pet friendly (strictly outside).

The property is centrally located in Amity Point village and only minutes walk to The Amity Tavern, the Amity General Store, the swimming enclosure, Amity public jetty and boat ramp & all other amenities.
